Rainbow Round Robin Race!! - All Envies HOME! Thanks for a great ride!!!

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY!

I will be taking 5 riders along with me for this ride. This will be a round robin train which means you will be mailing to the same person each time (with one exception).

How it works:

Each rider mails an envie on the mail date to their assigned rider. Envies will be labeled red, orange, yellow, green, blue, and purple (I will assign colors and who you will mail to after sign-ups). When you receive an envie, you take out the coupons you want and the ones that will expire within two weeks, and add more q's that meet the guidelines to fill the envie back up to 25 coupons. You do this with each envie until you receive your original envie!

GOLD BONUS ENVIE:

Along with everyone's envie, I will mail out another envie called the "Gold Bonus Envie" which will have 1 forever stamp and 5 non-inserts in it. When you receive it, put in one stamp and 5 non-inserts and mail it to someone else (it can be anyone on the rider list as long as they haven't already received it).

The Gold Bonus Envie is a PRIZE ENVIE- Whoever receives their original envie first (for example, if I am red and it makes it through all 5 riders and back to me), will win the Gold Bonus Envie which will have 6 stamps and 30 non-inserts in it by the time it circulates through all the riders!

Mail date is Wednesday, December 29, 2010.

When you PM, use the secret phrase "Cookies are yummy!" somewhere in your PM so I know you actually read the rules!

Train rules:

*By signing up for this train, you agree to all the rules of this train!*

Anyone who is a member of the trader group and has an itrader rating of 20 or higher with no negatives or neutrals may join.

You may ride up to 5 trains at a time @ HCW, so if you are already on 5, hope to catch you next time!

You must post when you mail and when you receive. This is a requirement to ride this train.

You must be able to send one envie of 25 coupons as well as add coupons to the other envies you receive.

You must be able to mail one stamp and five non-inserts in the Gold Bonus Envie.

You do not need a wish list posted in the wish list forum to ride, just remember, if you don’t have a list, you will receive a potluck from your buddies, so if that’s okay with you, it’s okay with me! If your list is very short and specific, other train riders will have a harder time matching your list and you will probably receive a lot of pot luck q’s.

This train is potluck which means you may not get 25 coupons from your WL in each envie, however ~ we should use our buddy’s wishlist as a starting point and then add potluck after we have matched the best we could to their list, this way, people get more of what they need.

Of course the forum rules apply to all trains conducted on HCW, so please be sure you know the rules before you sign up.
Feedback is never required, but is always appreciated.

Rules/guidelines for envies:

25 coupons minimum in each of your envies. Extras are great, Please remember to check your postage. Some coupons are heavier than others. All coupons must have at least 2 weeks until exp from mail date unless they are extra or you OK’d it with the person you are sending to.

No baby, pet, meds, or oddball products that very few members use like depends unless you have an exact wl match. Example: If someone says they can use cat food frees, do not include regular cat food, unless it is an extra.

A junk envie will require an immediate remail.

Limit of 1 of each coupon unless it is an exact match to a wish list. If you have an exact wish list match, then duplicates are encouraged!!! Again, more than 2 of something is OK if its "extra"

You must write the train name and your user name somewhere on the envie.

Some other things that you can include IF your buddy says they can use them:

Printables, store specific, BTFE, CLFE, Pampers Points, Coke codes, Pepsi codes, MIR and TMF forms (check the state restrictions), stickers, other items that your buddy collects.

If you happen to mail out late for any reason, please PM me and post to the thread so that your buddy knows to watch for the envie. Life happens and it’s okay, communication is very helpful in the event of a late mail.

If for any reason, any of your envies are not received, you will be asked to re-mail at the 2 week point. Joining this train is your agreement to this rule. Any envie that is not reported as “not received” by the two week point will be marked received.
