My favorite Christmas tradition from when I was younger is singing songs to the Christmas tree (corny I know), Driving around and looking at the Christmas lights & enjoying American and Jamaican foods during all the holidays. Currently, we are enjoying American, Jamaican & Alaskan food-As my kids get older, I am sure we will develop/add new traditions. I am excited to see what that is.

I don't remember much about my childhood (weird) but now we get our kids an ornament every year and put their initial and date the year. Maybe they'll want them when they move out, but probably not since they are boys. Either way, it will be nice for us to have when we are old or for them to have and carry on with their own children

Our Christmas traditions include making spinach balls and reading "The Joyous Season" by Patrick Dennis.

Driving around with my mom to look at all of the homes decorated! Can't wait to do that with my son! I even started doing that when I was in college! Every year, I'd gather up my friends and we would drive all over to see the decorations! Helped us get through finals!!

I can remember getting all dressed up and going to my grandmothers on xmas eve and the whole big family (around 30-40) of us sitting around eating and talking. We would then open up gifts and sing holiday tunes..( Bing Crosby is my favorite) then we would all pile up in the station wagons and go to midnight mass. It was such a great time and now that I think about it, I miss it!!

We open 1 gift on Christmas Eve and it Christmas PJ's. I would sew pjs for my kids when they were young, now I pick out ones with either a Christmas theme or others that I think they would find special.
