Hi Melanie,
Usually people trade using PM's on the forum. To send a PM you would click on the user name, and it drops down a box of options. "Send a private message to mcgross55" is one of them. You'd click that link (for whichever user you want to send a message to), and type the message up and send! The notification will pop up the next time you click on a new link, visit the site, or refresh the page and you can see your message -- or you can go to "User CP" to view your inbox.

Anyway, I have some Ragu coupons, they are $1/2 and they expire 12/31.
However, I'm in Texas, and I sincerely doubt they would get to you in time for your sale. I hope you find a user with Q's that is near you and that you get what you need in time!
