Ruddie lucked up on some MIR good in all states, no wine purchase(ever seen a drunk reindeer...not a pretty site, antlers get tangled up in wines, slipping on snow drift...sad really)

Anyway here are the details on the MIR

Buy $4 of cheese get a $2 rebate says any cheese. exp 12/31/10
Buy $2 of crackers get a $1 rebate says any crackers exp 12/31/10

This RAOK is for 1 of each of the rebates. You will get 1 cheese and 1 cracker rebate.

To set the proper expectation on this RAOK:

The first person to post gets the forms.
Once you have won a RAOK for these forms you can't win the same forms again.
