I turn to my family. With having a child with ADHD and other issues I turn to my parents to help me. They have kept me sane through it all. Plus now with my sister going through the same, she is calling me asking me how I do it. I dont think me or my son would have made the 11 years he has been around without my parents or my MIL.

i chose online parenting sites... I'm a researcher by nature and I have to get many points of view and determine which one best suits me and my family :)

For specific questions, usually I will research online. I do listen to others at church and talk with the lady that volunteers with me in Sunday School. That is very helpful because she has a 14 and 16 yo and they volunteer with us as well as my 11 yo. I can see that she has done a great job with her kids and trust any advice she has for me.
