With respect to this auction, the seller is asking the buyer to pay for shipping. So if you are paying in coupons, you will also include $0.78. Since the seller said the buyer can pay in shipping in stamps you could either include $0.78 CC or Stamps - which is (1) $0.44 stamp and (2) $0.17 stamps - in your envie with the coupons. HTH.
