3% PPEF for Havelist Qs - 08-22-10 SS now added

All havelist coupons with the exception of those marked "hot" are 3% of face value plus shipping, with a top-off limit of $.05 per coupon. That means any coupon will not be more than $.05 unless it's tagged as hot.

All havelist coupons tagged hot are 5% of face value with a top-off limit $.25, unless otherwise noted.

IPs are all in color and $.10 each plus shipping with the exception of those considered hot; sorry, it takes just as much ink and paper to print a $.20 IP as a $2.00 IP.

IPs considered hot are 10% of face value with a bottom-out limit of $.10 and a top-off limit of $.50. That means no lower then $.10 or higher than $.50. Unless otherwise noted.
