This is a party train - with fun, games and prizes!
This train will run up to 4 weeks with 1 mailout date each week. You will mail to 2 people. See below for specifics.
After reading this WHOLE thread, post below to ride and then PM me with 1. YOUR FULL NAME, 2. YOUR ADDIE, 3. YOUR WISHLIST,
I will be accepting riders with a itrader feedback of at least 5 for this ride with NO negatives!!
Please make sure to read ALL info and requirements before joining.
You can only ride up to 5 HCW trains at a time. If you are already on 5, you can hop onto the next train!
FUN & GAMES-
1. RAISE THE FLAG!
~ Every rider will send me a flag prize envie which will contain (5 non-inserts expires after 8/15/10, 2 stamps (forever or .44), 3 box tops for education, 10 quality coupons that expire 8/01/10.
~ I will send out 1 envie that contains a flag randomly to a rider on the list. The FLAG will be numbered 1-4.
~ When the first rider receives the FLAG, they cross out the #1 then mail randomly to another rider.
~ The 2nd rider receives the FLAG and they cross out #2.
~ This continues until the rider receives the FLAG, cross off #4 and mail to another rider.
~ THE WINNER of the prize envies will be the rider that receives the FLAG with all 4 #s crossed off.
2.ROCKET’S RED GLARE!
~ This will be LIKE a round robin, except that I will start the envies . This should be the best game because all the Qs that are in the envie that is coming to you should be filled with your WL Qs 
~ I will start the envie with 5 WL quality Qs that expire after 8/15/10.
~ When you receive the envie you will fill the envie with 5 WL quality Qs from the LAST PERSON'S NAME FOR THAT ENVIE that expire after 8/15/10 and send it to the next person on the list.
~ If you don't have 5 WL Qs, send 2 Qs for each Q not on the WL. YOU DO NOT TAKE QS OUT - ONLY ADD QS. Please get the ROCKET envies out as soon as you get them.
3. THE 4TH OF JULY COOKOUT!
~ This is the regular 3 week mailout - but with a 4th of July cookout twist!
~ There's even a prize for this one too!
~ You will mail 25 quality Qs with expiration dates after the 3 weeks of mailing (PLEASE BE CONSIDERATE TO YOUR FELLOW RIDERS AND FOLLOW THE 2 WEEK EXPIRATION RULE!).
~ In addition to the 25 quality Qs, you'll send Qs that have anything to do with cookouts & 4th of july. The amount is totally up to you - but the receiver will report how many Qs match the list they received as points - and the winner is the rider with the most points.
~ Be sure to have enough postage in case the envie is more than 1 oz.
~~ POST #1 WILL HAVE THE LIST AND THE FORM TO PM ME WITH THE POINTS.
~ The prize will be an ALL YOU MAGAZINE and 10 INSERTS.
4. Let's play GIVE ME LIBERTY!
~ This will be a fun game. Every rider will mail out 3 envies with 5 quality Qs with expirations after 8/15/10 and 1 stamp (forever or .44).
~ You will title each of your 4 envies like this: rider HCW LIBERTY 1 (see below for example !).
~ You will mail each of your 3 envies randomly to 3 riders.
~ The rider who receives your envie will put your rider HCW and change the envie to LIBERTY 2, so it should look like this: 1ST rider's HCW LIBERTY 2 (see better example below!)
~ ADDS 5 quality Qs w/expiration dates after 8/15/10 and 1 stamp and mails the envie randomly to a rider. This continues until someone receives an HCW LIBERTY 4. You could end up with lots of envies. They'll be a lot of envies floating around 
~~~~~~~LIBERTY EXAMPLE: we'll use turtle1 as an example (THIS IS AN EXAMPLE OF 1 OF THE 3 ENVIES! EACH ENVIE STARTS AS LIBERTY 1 AND WORKS IT'S WAY TO LIBERTY 4)
~~~~~~~~~~~turtle1's envie will look like this: turtle1 LIBERTY 1
turtle1 mails envie to luvskids
~~~~~~~~~~~luvskids recives turtle1 LIBERTY 1
~~~~~~~~~~~luvskids adds stamp & Qs, changes envie to turtle1 LIBERTY 2 & mails envie randomly to chunkachange.
~~~~~~~~~~~chunkachange receives envie, adds stamp & Qs, changes envie to turtle1 LIBERTY 3 and mails randomly to dolphinlover
~~~~~~~~~~~dolphinlover receives envie, adds stamp & Qs, changes envie to turtle1 LIBERTY 4 and mails randomly to luvskids. luvskids keeps the envie
Mailouts for the 4TH OF JULY COOKOUT will be Saturdays. First mailout date is TBA.
You need a wish list (forums and/or database) posted to ride. If your list is very short and specific, other train riders will have a harder time matching your list. If there's something you don't need multi's of, note it.
This train is potluck which means you may not get 25 coupons from your WL in each envie. Although please try to match wish lists.
No baby, no pet, no meds, no oddball products that very few members use like depends unless you have an exact WL match.
Limit of 1 of each coupon unless it is an exact match to a wish list. If you have and exact wish list match, then duplicates are encouraged!!!
Printables are great but be sure that the rider can use them. Store specific coupons are only OK if they are on the WL.
BTFE's Coke Codes, Pepsi Codes are all great to include if they are wish list items.
Rebates and tmf forms are GREAT to include. Watch state restrictions.

If for any reason, any of your envies are not received, you will be asked to re mail at the 2 week point. joining this train is your agreement to this rule. If you do not post for a resend within 2 weeks of mailout your envie will be assumed received.
JUNK ENVIES will require a remail - those who do not do a remail are subject to bad trader rules.
If for any reason you mail out late, it happens, life gets in the way. But post in the thread when it went out so your receiving rider can watch for it.
