To me, the easiest thing is to just find the home page of the product you are looking for and click the contact us button. You can usually just fill out a form, or you can find a 1-800-number to contact the company. I have heard people get a better response by calling, but I just email or fill out a form because I get all tongue-tied talking to people I don't know. Just less stress on my part.

Whispered, I often use the "contact us" link on the company's website that I wish to leave a comment for (that's where I got the name for the train lol!) It's fast, easy, and they basically send you an email saying that they got the message from you. Some say they will send something, some say they don't do that and then send something anyway lol! But maybe snoop around on the websites of the companies that you might like to contact and you will most likely find the phone number somewhere in the "contact us" link if calling is what you really like to do. (ew, a phone - not for me lol!!!)

oh don't even worry about it, I don't mind the questions, and like I said to you via PM before, we have some wonderful riders around here who are also happy to help one another out if they see a question posted.

And oh my goodness, even if I had said that we were only calling for contact, I would have made an exception for someone who had difficulty hearing.

As for your question about that link that you shared, I checked it out, and it seems fine, you are actually signing up to receive a coupon and I am sure they are putting you on some sort of a list lol!!! So I would say it counts as a contact.

And just so you know, aside from making sure you mail on time ;) the MOST important requirement on ALL of my trains is that you have a great time :) So have fun, we're pretty easy going, and I do hope you are enjoying it as you adjust from riding on that really strict train. They would have kicked me off because I am so forgetful, I would miss half of the rules lol!
