RAOK RAOK #2 Help me decide what kind of desert to make for myself! Ends 5pm PST

So I should have already had this figured out but I am only now thinking about it. DH's plan was to just make me a cake from our stockpile since he can't do anything too complicated with his bum foot. (he sit's on a bar stool- pretty cute actually!)

So I want to make something better and if I have to do it myself then so be it! So please help me find something GOOD to make or buy in the next 3 hours. I will pick a winner after 5 pm PST so please post your ideas or recipes or links to something you have made before and loved!!!

I will send the winner a potluck (from WL as best I can) or you can choose:

    10) $2/2 Keebler crackers, any (pictures Townhouse, FlipSides, Club) 4/30/10 (8 oz.+)
    OR
    10) $2/2 Sunshine Cheez-It (any flavor, 11.5 oz.+) 4/30/10

So please help me satisfy my sweet tooth!

    Denise~

    Pistachio Ambrosia
Takes about 2 minutes to make and is great. I never have leftovers.
1 small can pineapple (5 oz) crushed only do not drain
1 small box pistachio pudding mix
    1/2 bag baker's coconut flakes
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
1 16 oz. cool whip tub
1 10 oz. bag marshmallow ( I only use Kraft Jet Puff mini)

Mix the pineapple with the pistachio pudding mix. DO NOT DRAIN the can of pineapple.

Add all the other ingredients to the bowl and refrigerate until you are ready to eat. Makes a huge bowl and anyone can make this recipe. My daughter made it the first time when she was 5 years old.
    Please pray for my family.
Please keep Elizabeth in your prayers. She lost her Father on 2/19/2012.

Since spring is upon us I would go with old fashioned buttermilk biscuits (scratch is better) and strawberries (marinated in sugar for an hour or so) with some ice cream or whip cream or both. Good old fashioned Strawberry Shortcake. :)

Oh my favorite...Better than Sex Cake...is what my mom calls it

    White cake...prepared as usual.

Frosting is 1 container of coolwhip, 1 small can of crushed pineapple (drain juice), and 1 vanilla pudding mix. Stir that mix and use as your icing, and serve cold. May want to refrigerator for 30 minutes before serving. Optional..top with shredded coconut. 100% DELICIOUS and soo easy! I am making this for easter....and I'm going to get creative and die the coconut green...and since I picked up a small bag of jelly beans as filler at Wags I'll randomly place those around to make it an Easter cake! If the beans make it yucky...we can just pull them off
    If it isn't free.....it isn't for me!
