Can anyone use expired winetags, NWPR in ME, MO and NC?

I found a bunch of these today at my Publix, which I was just at a few days ago and they weren't out then - which totally boggles my mind as to why they would put out expired coupons. But anyways, I have 13 of the following to trade if anyone can use them:

Save $3.00 instantly on any snack item with purchase of any one bottle of Jacbo's Creek. NAPR in ME, MO, and NC. A $3.00 min snack purchase is required. DND 9.
