BEFORE SIGNING UP:
PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU CAN FULLY COMMIT TO 8 WEEKS and
be sure to read this ENTIRE POST to make sure you understand the rules.

GAME INSTRUCTIONS TO FOLLOW TRAIN GUIDELINES.

Train will have 12 riders and its conductor.

Train will last 8 weeks. Eight mailing dates, once per week. You will mail 8 envies and receive 8 envies. Mail dates will be selected once sign ups are completed.

To be eligible to ride, you must. . .
· Be able to print your player card (it will be a JPEG file).
· Be a member of the "Trader" group with a feedback score of 10 or higher with no negatives.
· Not already be a passenger on 5 other trains--per HCW rules.
· Agree to post when you mail and when you receive envies.
· Agree that in the event an envie you send is not received within 2 weeks of the mail date you will resend it.
· Have an updated WL posted on HCW.
· Post below that you would like a ticket.
· PM the following info to me (put "Pokeno Train" in the tile):

1. Your full name;
2. Your mailing address; and
3. A link to your WL.

Envies must. . .
· Have your HCW member ID and "PASHA'S POKENO TRAIN" written on them.
· Contain 30 or more quality coupons (no pet, baby, meds, booze or odd items unless they are a WL item) that expire 2 or more weeks from the date of mailing. If you include more than 30 coupons, please make sure your postage is sufficient.

Additional Coupon Guidelines. . .
· This is a potluck train, but WL matches are strongly encouraged.
· Internet printable are okay so long as it is a WL item.
· Do not include multiple copies of the same coupon unless it is an exact match to a WL item. For example, if $1 off of 1 Wishbone is wishlisted, $1 off of 2 Wishbones is not an exact match.
· Store specific coupons, BTFEs, Campbell’s Labels, Coke Codes, Pepsi Codes, etc. are allowed if they are a WL item.
· Please PM your receiving rider directly if you have questions about what they can and/or cannot use.

Other information you need. . .
· I will post match-ups once the train is full and moderators have approved all riders.
· If you have any problems getting an envie out (life happens), please let us know when it can be expected so that your receiving rider knows when to expect it.
· In order to limit confusion, no early mailings please.
· If you are the receiving end of an envie and have not posted that you have not received it by the two-week mark, it will automatically be considered received.
· PLEASE, PLEASE leave feedback for all fellow riders.

HOW TO PLAY
PASHARAIN'S PO•KE•NO TRAIN:

1. Each rider, except the conductor, will print out their assigned playing board.

2. While the train is still "In the Station," the conductor's Dear Daughter (dealer), with an ordinary deck of 52 playing cards, will shuffle them and turn the first 4 cards over. The conductor will call (post) the cards below. For example: Queen of Hearts, Ace of Spades, 2 of Diamonds and 4 of Clubs.

3. Each rider, who has the cards called on his/her board, will "mark it" as having been called.

4. On each of the 8 mailing dates, the conductor will call 6 cards, and the riders will continue marking the cards called on their boards until someone has marked every space on their board.

5. The rider who "marks" their entire card first, should post "blackout" to the train's thread to indicate their win. Once the win is confirmed a winner will be declared. Winner will receive a potluck of 50 coupons from the conductor.

PLEASE NOTE: If a winner is declared before the conclusion of the 8 mailing dates, MAILOUTS WILL CONTINUE.

6. Please choose the board you would like to play in your sign up post from the list below - First come, first served.
