I pay $6.99 a month for 200 minutes for my little cheap cell phone. Would this be a decent deal or would my current plan that i have be the best ? I do not have a trackphone either. Just exploring my options. Thanks sorry i really do not know much about these ether, lol.

Yes, you have to buy air time cards to get the bonus minutes.
