RAINBOW ROUND ROBIN w/ a twist :) TRAIN
This will run for up to 7 weeks (PROBABLY LESS BECAUSE ROUND ROBINS SEEM TO GO PRETTY FAST) and I am taking 6 passengers with me!
I will be accepting riders with a itrader feedback of at least 10 for this ride with NO negatives!!
Please make sure to read ALL info and requirements before joining.
You can only ride up to 5 HCW trains at a time. If you are already on 5, you can hop onto the next train!
After reading this WHOLE thread, post below to ride and then PM me with your full name, addy and wish list .
HOW TO RIDE THE ROGYBIV
ROUND ROBIN TRAIN:
This train will run for up to 7 weeks.
The first mail out day is Friday March 5th.
You will mail out to 1 assigned person each week for up to 6 weeks and 1 assigned person will mail to you. Once you receive an envie try to mail it back out to your assigned person within 72 hours to keep the train moving. I will assign the person you will mail to for the duration of the ride once every one is signed up. I will also send a PM with all the addies.
Each rider will be assigned a different name of a RAINBOW COLOR and that specific COLOR will be written on the outside of the original envie you mail out along with "ROGYBIV". --> As you receive each envie you will put on the specific COLOR you receive on the envie with the train name and mail to your assigned person.
When you get your week 1 envie, you take out what you can use, anything that will be out of the expiration guidelines by the time it arrives to the next rider, add in more coupons to get it back up to the set number and mail that specific COLOR envie to the rider you are assigned to mail to. We will repeat this for up to 7 weeks (AGAIN - PROBABLY LESS THAN 7). By the end of the ride you will have gotten back your original assigned COLOR envie that has been visited by all the riders on the train:)
Each envie must have a minimum of 25 coupons following the guidelines below. Each of those coupons must have an expiration date of at least 2 weeks from the mail date. So if the envie's for the first mail date of March 5th no coupons part of the 25 coupon minimum will expire before March 19th . If you want to include extras with shorter dates that is fine as long as it is over the 25.
NOW FOR THE TWIST:
Your envie MUST contain 3 Qs that is that specific color of the envie your sending out -so if its the YELLOW envie - you must put 3 yellow Qs in the envie - in the front of all the Qs. - It has to have something of that color on it - either background or the item itself. if you can't find 3 Qs of that color, than include 3 xtra Qs for each missing color and let your receiver know that's what you did ")
RULES FOR THE ROUND ROBIN ROGYBIV TRAIN:
You must be able to mail 1 envie for each of the up to 7 week duration. For a total of 7 envies!!
You must post when you mail and when you receive.
You need a wish list (forums and/or database) posted to ride. If your list is very short and specific, other train riders will have a harder time matching your list. If there's something you don't need multi's of, note it.
This train is potluck which means you may not get 25 coupons from your WL in each envie. Although please try to match wish lists.
No baby, no pet, no meds, no oddball products that very few members use like depends unless you have an exact WL match.
Limit of 1 of each coupon unless it is an exact match to a wish list. If you have and exact wish list match, then duplicates are encouraged!!!
Printables are great but be sure that the rider can use them. Store specific coupons are only OK if they are on the WL.
BTFE's Coke Codes, Pepsi Codes are all great to include if they are wish list items.
Rebates and tmf forms are GREAT to include. Watch state restrictions.

If for any reason, any of your envies are not received, you will be asked to re mail at the 2 week point. joining this train is your agreement to this rule.
If for any reason you mail out late, it happens, life gets in the way. But post in the thread when it went out so your receiving rider can watch for it.

Everyone will start off gray,then change to sender's color when mailed, then to receiver's color when received, then to lt. gray when completed.
RED:
red to orange, orange to yellow, yellow to green, green to blue, blue to indigo, indigo to violet, violet to red
ORANGE:
orange to yellow, yellow to green, green to blue, blue to indigo, indigo to violet, violet to red, red to orange
YELLOW:
