What I am doing is pick a reason why you are aiming for that goal like mine is losing weight and my reason is I have to grand kids through marriage that needs me around so I need to lose this weight and get health for them
Just do what you can to keep them.Have hope & will power.Do it for the ones you love if not for yourself.
Sticky Notes all over the house car etc to help you remember and why you are doing it.

Just remind yourself that you will be healthier and better off if you do follow through. Be excited when you do get through each day that you were able to follow your resolution whatever it may be! Stay positive that you can do it and don't let others tell you otherwise!

Well...this probably won't work for you...but I just got the best motivation to stay on track! My son told me that he and his SO are saving to get married, hopefully by the end of this year! There is NO WAY I'm buying a plus size dress for that event!! And I really don't want pictures hanging around forever, showing how I look right now.
I agree, ya need to find a reason. Once you find it put it all over the house. This is what i did when i was trying to lose weight before i was pregnant w/ my last child.
I hung a picture up of my daughters ultrasound on the fridge so i would see it every time i went there to get something to eat. That reminded me of why i wanted to lose weight.
I then also hung u p my ugly fat swimsuit and seeing that everyday also made me want to lose weight. I too am struggling w/ losing weight. I eat less stuff and chocolate than i did before but i know i can do way better.
My daughter got some plug in dance mat that you can dance to and i am thinking about start using it. Maybe i could lose some weight then. I heard the Wii Fit does good too. I wouldn;t know not in my budgetGood luck to you!
I hung up a picture of when I was skinny,,,,,next to a Picture I look now... makes me mad enough to get on the Wii fit every night, and TRY ( unless something comes up) to get on my Treadmill 3-4 Week.
Giving myself some days off, to let the Body recover I do 3 Miles on treadmill each time plus on those Days I also do the Wii fit.
try that it may work...... if not find a BUDDY even here who can remind you ...
