let me start this by saying i HATE the word DIET, i never make resolutions! i just make a promise to me... and i do it one day at a time! love to dance? turn on the music while cleaning and add extra wiggles to your routine.. lift legs ,, well you get it! as for food.. like op's have said... keep the crap outta the house.... but DO treat yourself now and then to some small treat. do it in baby steps... little at a time... make your plate on smaller plates, talk and enjoy the meal, (eating slower that way) and never give up! or never quit quitting...do something you enjoy for you! keep busy, well its easier said than done, i know it... but good luck!

For me the way I am going to stick to my weight loss goal is remembering the "friend" who reminded me that I have gained 100 lbs since I got married because she is mad at me!! First I haven't gained 100 lbs and it made me sooooooo mad that I want to walk by her and say "100lbs my skinny butt!!!"-so anger is what is motivating me-maybe not emotionally healthy but a ways to an end!!!
I don't have the best will power either, but I just think of that one person who says, "You can't do it" and concentrate on proving them wrong. There's always someone who wants to steal my sunshine and I just don't let that happen...but I am very nice about it.
seedlady congrats![]()
