Do you love sending out train envies jam packed with items straight off a HCW member's wishlist?

Do you shriek out with joy when you receive a thoughtful train envie from a fellow member with lots of your high interest q's included?

If so, then climb aboard the Pixie Dust Caravan! This is not meant to be an ordinary potluck train...no, this one is meant to grant as many train members' wishes as possible.

Open to any HCW Trader with a
15+ iTrader rating and no negatives!

PLEASE read this ENTIRE POST to make sure you understand the rules before signing up for this train.

I will take the first 13 riders to sign up - if more want to join, we have plenty of space!

Anyone who is a member of the trader group with an i trader score of 15 or higher with no negative feedback is welcome to join. If you have a nice w/l and love granting wishes, join up! So that it's not a terribly daunting task for other train riders, I ask that you have a WL composed with plenty of insert and non-insert q's alike. If your WL is comprised of just a few items of hard-to-find tearpad or peelies, MIRs, and such, then maybe this isn't the train for you. Please make sure your WL isn't too terribly difficult to fulfill. Likewise, please have a well-stocked stash to grant wishes.

Train will last 6 weeks.Six mailing dates, two envies per week. You will mail 12 envies and receive 12 envies. Mail dates will be selected once sign ups are completed. Matchups will be posted on Mondays - mail by Fridays (early is just fine)

To be eligible to ride, you must. . .
· Be a member of the "Trader" group with a feedback score of 15 or higher with no negatives.
· Not already be a passenger on 3 other trains--per HCW rules.
· Agree to post when you mail and when you receive envies.
· Agree that in the event an envie you send is not received within 2 weeks of the mail date you will resend it.
· Have an updated WL posted on HCW.
· Post below that you would like a ticket.
· PM the following info to me (put "Pixie Dust Caravan" in the tile):

1. Your full name;
2. Your mailing address; and
3. A link to your WL.

Envies must. . .
· Have your HCW member ID and "Pixie Dust Caravan" written on them.
· Contain 25 or more quality coupons (no pet, baby, meds, booze or odd items unless they are a WL item) that expire 2 or more weeks from the date of mailing. Each train envie should contain at least 15 coupons which should match recipient's wish list items. You can include multiples so long as they are an exact match to a member's wishlist. The other 10 items can be close matches or if you're having trouble getting 25 to closely match, you can include potluck items to round out the envelope. Please try to grant high interest wishes first,followed by medium and then low. We'd like these envies to be welcome surprises. If you're having a hard time fulfilling wishes, please let your conductor and the designated recipient know. If you include more than 25 coupons, please make sure your postage is sufficient.

Additional Coupon Guidelines. . .
· Internet printable are okay so long as it is a WL item.
MIRs are great, but please watch State Restrictions
· Do not include multiple copies of the same coupon unless it is an exact match to a wishlist item. For example, if $1 off of 1 Wishbone is wishlisted, $1 off of 2 Wishbones is not an exact match.
· Store specific coupons, BTFEs, Campbell’s Labels, Coke Codes, Pepsi Codes, etc. are allowed if they are a WL item.
· Please PM your receiving rider directly if you have questions about what they can and/or cannot use.


Last, but not least. . .
· I will post match-ups once the train is full and moderators have approved all riders.
· If you have any problems getting an envie out, please let us know when it can be expected so that your receiving rider can look for it.
· If you are the receiving end of an envie and have not posted that you have not received it by the two-week mark, it will automatically be considered received.
· PLEASE, PLEASE leave feedback for fellow riders.
