The Zippy Zoom Race! *DONE* Thanks for riding!

I will take as many riders that sign up by Friday, January 1st at/around noon. Anyone who is a member of the trader group with an i-trader score of 10 or higher with no negative feedback is welcome to join. You may ride up to 3 trains at a time at HCW, so if you are already on 3, hope to catch you next time!

This train will be a RACE! There will be two teams (how many per team is TBD by how many sign up). I will start two envies on the same day going to the next person on each team. The envie will have 25 Q's in it. You MUST post when you receive and when you mail (*this is especially important as this is a race train, and people are counting on you to post when you mailed/received). Once you receive an envie, you have 48 hours to mail the envie out again.

*If you cannot commit to posting promptly that you have mailed/received AND if you cannot commit to re-mailing the train envie within 48 hours (or less) of receiving it, please join us on the next ride.*

Envies:
Remember to write your team name, and your member name somewhere on the envie so members can leave feedback.

Each envie should have 25 or more coupons in them expiring NO SOONER THAN 2 weeks from the mail date. *Please note that if this is not followed, you WILL be required to re-mail following train guidelines or you could be reported for a bad trade. By signing up for this train, you are agreeing to this rule and we all like to receive envies that meet the guidelines we sign up for.* Extras are okay, just watch postage. While you should try to match Wishlists when possible, please understand that it is not a requirement and this train is potluck.

No junk q’s that very few people need such as depends and joint juice. Baby, pet, and meds should not be sent unless you first check with your match up, or it is an EXACT match on their wishlist.

When you receive an envie, please take out all the Q's you'd like, as well as any with short expiration dates, and then refill it with goodies to send to the next rider.

Remember to post when you have mailed and when you have received. (I cannot emphasize this rule enough!)

If your envie is not received by the two week point, you will be asked to remail.

I will start the envies out on Monday, January 4th, 2010!
