HOLIDAY WISHLIST TRAIN

Do you love sending out train envies and potlucks jam packed with items straight off an HCW member's wishlist?

Do you shriek out with joy when you receive a thoughtful train envie from a fellow poster with lots of your high interest q's included?

If so, then climb aboard the Holiday Wishlist Train! This is not meant to be an ordinary potluck train...no, this one is meant to grant as many train members' wishes as possible in honor of this season of giving.

This train will be four weeks long.

I will take the first 10 eligible riders who sign up! (We are taking off with 8 riders)

Anyone who is a member of the trader group with an i trader score of 10 or higher with no negative feedback is welcome to join. If you have a nice w/l and love granting wishes, join up! So that it's not a terribly daunting task for other train riders, I ask that you have a w/l composed with plenty of insert and non-insert q's alike. If your w/l is comprised of just a few items of hard-to-find tearpad or peelies, MIRs, and such, then maybe this isn't the train for you. Please make sure your w/l isn't too terribly difficult to fulfill. Likewise, please have a well-stocked stash to grant wishes.

Each week you will mail to 2 people. Those 2 people will change each week.

You may ride up to 3 trains at a time at HCW, so if you are already on 3, hope to catch you next time!


Envies:
Remember to write "Holiday Wishlist Train" , and your member name somewhere on the envie so members can leave feedback.

Each envie should have 25 or more coupons in them expiring 2-3 weeks from the day you mail. Each train envie should contain at least 15 coupons which should match recipient's wish list items. You can include multiples so long as they are an exact match to a member's wishlist. The other 10 items can be close matches or if you're having trouble getting 25 to closely match, you can include potluck items to round out the envelope. Please try to grant high interest wishes first,followed by medium and then low. We'd like these envies to be welcome surprises. If you're having a hard time fulfilling wishes, please let your conductor and the designated recipient know.

Sending more than 25 q's is totally fine, just be sure to check your postage as all coupons weigh different amounts.

No junk q’s that very few people need such as depends and joint juice. Baby, pet, and meds should not be sent unless you first check with your match up, or it is an EXACT match on their wishlist. Early mail out is fine for this train, just please remember to post.

Remember to post when you have mailed and when you have received.

If your envie is not received by the two week point, you will be asked to remail.

Mail Dates will be on Saturdays- December 26, January 2, January 9 and January 16.

I will post the first match-ups once the rider list has been approved. Early mailing is okay - just post when you mail and receive. If you get behind, please just let us know. Riders that don't keep up and don't respond will be removed from the train.
