Thanks so much! Well, it was rainy the entire time that we tried to trick or treat and I knew my daughter was not herself but didn't realize until 2am when she all of a sudden spiked a high fever that she was developing the croup. She completely lost her voice and still has a bad cough and and is sneezing like crazy and just today got her voice back. For two days she was walking around with her little bucket mouthing "trick or treat" but no sound was coming out. It was pitiful. My boys had a great time and didn't mind the rain. We all carried umbrellas so we didn't get too wet. If anyone watches the show Dexter we did see two guys dressed up like Dexter and a victim that was pretty cool and not graphic enough for kids to even realize what they were. We loved it.

We were ready with candy & pencils. Got home from spending time with my parents and there were so many trick or treaters we couldn't get in our driveway... we ended up parking at a neighbor's and were too afraid to turn on our lights. It was crazy!

Actually it was a very nice evening my hubby and I took the kids to the mall, we felt that would be pretty safe. My kids were so happy and have tons of fun.

My two teen boys went to a church teen party so I took my daughter in town to our local stores. She got to trick or treat at all the stores and fire station. Then we went home and carved a pumpkin and cooked seeds. Lots of fun!

We have never had a trick or treater here.
I miss the days when we lived in town & had 150 kids....
We spent the evening at the home of an 104 year old woman
who makes donuts every year for halloween & has neighbors & family in to visit.

We went TOTing, which DH missed because he had to stay after at work. The kids have fun although there weren't alot of houses handing out candy this year.

Thanks for doing this! We took my friend'd kid's trick or treating and then went out to the country bar for a little dancing! I had a blast! And a guy came up and asked me (since I wasn't wearing a costume) "What are you supposed to be, the most gorgeous girl in here?" *giggle*
