H) "Keep the Jingle in Your Holidays" booklet from Nabisco

I have multiple "Keep the Jingle in your Holidays" booklets from Nabisco.

Each book contains the following rebate forms:

Rebate #1:

"Save $10.00 when you buy any 10 participating Nabisco crackers (7 oz - 16.5 oz), Easy Cheese, and/or Planters nuts (9.25 - 21.25 oz)" Valid from 10/1/09 - 11/30/09. Send original, store-identified cash register receipts dated between 10/1/09 and 11/30/09 with date(s) and price(s) of all 10 items from the participating products (full list available at Keep the Jingle in your Holidays) circled. (MY NOTE: Form doesn't say that they all have to be purchased in the same transaction!! Also doesn't say that UPCs are required!!)

Rebate #2:
Exactly the same as the one above, except the valid date is 12/1/09 - 1/31/10.
