I have NONE of the Kellogg's, Keebler, Sunshine, Eggo 2009 Family Fun Calendar $80 total Rewards Card form sheets (8- $10 forms).

These sheets have been removed from the calendars for lower shipping costs. You will be getting the sheet with the forms only; you will not be getting the complete calendar, although I have retained one for reference (it's the typical Kellogg's promotional thing w/ a few kids' activities, places for your family's photos, nutritional advice, & recipes, themes dependent upon the month)

The sheets each have 8 forms all expiring 8/31/2010 (purchase by 7/31/2010) & there is a limit of 8 requests per household (to translate: each household can submit each & every form on one sheet).

This is all I have available; I will not be getting any more of these calendars. Please PM me with interest.

I am looking for the following per sheet of 8 forms:

• $4.44 (equivalent to $.50/form + stamp) in PPHF or RME. I do not want to pay any PP fees, so if you send it in such a way that there are going to be fees, please be aware that you will need to cover the additional amount. This is not my PP Premier account & since I don't want it converted to such, no credit card payments or account drafts; existing funds only. Thanks.
• 10- unused Forever or $.44 US stamps.
• I will consider GC balances for TRU/BRU, Shoprite, Michael's Crafts, AC Moore Crafts, or Walgreen's only. Please discuss with me in advance.
• CC discuss with me in advance.
• I am living off of the stockpile & do very little weekly grocery shopping. Therefore, I am not interested in coupons from my wishlist at this time, although a very few long expiration WTs would work (milk, bread, produce). Please do not be offended if I cannot use what you have: my grocery store limits me to no more than 4 like coupons per transaction, my freezer space is limited, & my grocery budget is even more so.

Receive a Free $10 Rewards Card (by mail) when you purchase any TEN Kellogg's, Keebler, Sunshine, &/or Eggo products 4oz or larger. Mix or Match. Excludes Single Serve. Any Flavors.

Products must be purchased in a single transaction.

Original DCRT must be dated between 8/1/2009 & 7/31/2010. Circle qualifying products. Photocopies are not accepted.

ETA: DCRT only; there is no mention of sending in proofs of purchase.

Must be postmarked by 9/7/2010 and received by 9/14/2010.

Limit 8 requests per household.

Offer good in continental US except where prohibited. No PO boxes accepted.

Original form only; no photocopy, etc. accepted.

"Rewards cards will be awarded in the form of a prepaid debit card & may be used on any purchases where such cards are accepted."

(yes, I noticed that the dates look screwy: expires 8/31/10 but items must be purchased by 7/31/10 & request postmarked by 9/7/10, but that's what the forms say) :shrug7:

I'm not sure which other rebate to which you're referring. This is from the Family Fun Calendar that was running in Aug/Sept in some select locations and does come in the form of prepaid debit cards. Please compare the PO Box number on this offer to other offers to determine if it's different.

Just wanted to say for anyone wondering...I sent in my first rebate of the 8 almost 4 weeks ago and I received it in the mail yesterday so it doesn't take too terribly long to get them back!! :)
