I wish mail came today :(

I had a great mail day Monday! I recieved the Love envie and the Pumpkin Pie envie. I didn't get them ready until this morning, but didn't mail them out because there was no mail today and I just didn't take them with me. They will go out tomorrow! Sorry about the delay, but life happened! My son was staying the weekend with someone and broke his hand playing tug of war. I took him to the dr Monday, but they could only put a half cast on it. He had to see an orthopedic specalist to get a cast. Luckly we got in on Tuesday. The ortho specalist is the one who puts casts on now. Anyway, it was a clean break and the bones didn't shift, so he could have gone without a cast, but if he bumped it just right and the bone moved he'd have to have at least a cast, if not surgery! So we chose cast! I have been feeling restless and out of sorts for a couple of weeks (if you can believe it, HCW wasn't all that exciting!) and I think I knew something was going to happen, because I feel so much more entergetic now! Except for the headache. So, I'm going to make some hot chocolate and take some advil!

I don't have any donations yet, I just haven't gotten everything together. I plan to do it this weekend. Keep your fingers crossed that I get to do it!

This has been a rough week all around. I apologize for not posting earlier. I did receive some awesome envies this week. The Granny envie and the Blessings envie. Thank you very much and they are heading back out today. I also received a great RAOK from sunshinesmom. Thank you......

On the note of sharing.... I made deliveries on Veterens day to families in need (24 food items, 33 food items and 30 food items) It definately made their day.

I donated 20 more items to the food drive at work. Tomorrow is the last day of the drive so I'm going to email all the staff today to encourage everyone to donate. We've had several people that donated but I have to admit I'm disappointed that the majority of the staff did not participate. We're social workers so you'd think they would all have a giving spirit. :shrug7: Oh well...

Since no mail yesterday, the THANKFUL envie is in the mail today ready to start its journey to turtlegirl115. By the way turtlegirl....turtles are one of my FAVORITE things on the planet!!
