This is a simple style train - 3 weeks, 3 mailing dates, 2 envies each week
I am taking 10 riders, including myself.
After reading this WHOLE LONG THREAD and making sure you understand all the rules, post a reply below to let me know you want to claim a ticket.
Then you must ALSO send me a PM with the following:
* “Super Hero” in the title
* Your favorite Super Hero
* your full name
* your mailing address
* a link to your wishlist
This train has three different mailing days:
* Week one: Monday, October 12th
* Week two: Friday, October 16th
* Week three: Friday, October 23rd
*On each of the three mailing dates, you will mail out two envies (25Qs) to the two riders you are assigned. So, you will be mailing out a total of six assigned envies over the three weeks. You will also receive two envies each week from other riders.
**Each week, when you post that you are mailing your envies - Please tell us about a Super Hero you would like to have in your life and why. You can use an existing one or create your own "hero".
--At the end of the ride, I will draw for a RAOK envie. You will earn entries into the drawing by posting your "hero". You will earn 3 entries just for posting when you mail. You can earn additional entries by posting a "hero" when you receive envies. (that could be 6 additional entries)
*Once the train is full and the rider list has been approved, I will send out a mailing list via PM with every rider’s mailing info and I will post the first week matchups. I will post the remaining matchups on Mondays. Early mailing is fine.
Train Rules (there are a lot of rules, but please read them):
*You can only ride 3 trains at a time - if you are already on 3, please wait for another train.
*You must be a member of the Trader group on HCW and have an iTrader rating of 10 or above with NO negative ratings.
*You must be able to mail envies by the mailing dates given. Early mailing is fine.
*You must be able to send out 150 quality coupons with expiration dates no earlier than October 23 for Week One, October 30 for Week Two, and November 6 for Week 3.
*You must have a posted, updated wishlist to ride. This is a POTLUCK train so you may not receive coupons from your wishlist but all riders agree to do their best to match. Limit of one copy of each coupon unless it is an exact wishlist match. An EXACT match is exactly that… if I say on my wishlist 75/1 Superpretzels, 50/2 is NOT an exact match. If you have and exact wishlist match, then duplicates are encouraged!
When you take a ticket, you are agreeing to:
*…mail the six envies as described above.
*…write your user name, “Super Hero Express” AND the Week on the outside of each envie you send.
*…post promptly in this thread when you send and when you receive envies. Post your "Super Hero" each time you mail.
*… remail your envie if it has not been received at the two week point. Joining this train means you agree to this rule. Please remember, that when you sign up to join a train, not only are you agreeing to the specific guidelines of that train but the train rules as posted HERE in general.
***Failing to follow the rules of the trains or not sending an envelope falls under a bad trade. You can be reported for this and be listed as a bad trader.
***Report a missing envie within two weeks of the date it was posted as mailed. After two weeks from the mailing date, any envies that are not reported as received in the train thread will be ASSUMED to have been received unless they are reported as missing. Again, signing up for this train means you agree to this rule.
Additional fine print:
*You can always send more than 25. If you want to include more than one of a certain coupon, or some with a short expiration date, that is OK, but it has to be above the 25 coupon minimum. And if you do send extras, watch your postage!
*Printables, store-specific coupons, BTFE, Campbell’s Labels, Coke Codes, Pepsi Codes, etc., are great to send if the member can use them.
*Rebates and TMF forms are GREAT to include (just be sure they can be used in the state the receiver is in!).
*If for any reason you mail out late (life happens), post in the thread when it went out so your receiving rider can watch for it.
*Please leave feedback for fellow riders who send to you!
*And finally, if you have questions about the progress of this train or whether a trader sent you an envie that does not meet the requirements for this train, you can always post your question in the train thread or contact me via PM.
