Need some Upstate NY specific coupons from 10/04/09 insert...

I am ing for two coupons that seem to be specific to the upstate New York area inserts. I can't seem to find them at the clipping services , and like a dummy, I only bought one Sunday paper. The coupons I am looking for are:

Save $1.00 on Two 2 Liters of any flavor of Crush soda (Regular or Diet)

and

$ .25 off any one container of Upstate Farms Milk , any size ,any variety

These are both in the Sunday inserts from 10/04/2009.
I can trade for coupons , stamps , or do a paypal purchase if you prefer!
