"Halloween Party"!! 
This will run for up to 6 weeks and I am taking 5 passengers with me for the spooky fun ride!!
I will be accepting riders with a itrader feedback of at least 15 for this ride with NO negatives!!

You can only ride up to 3 trains at a time at HCW. If you are already on 3, you can catch the next one!
After reading this WHOLE thread, post below to ride and then PM me with your full name and addy!! 
How it works:
This train will run for up to 6 weeks.
Two round robins will be going at one time!!
The first mail out day is September 22nd. Mailing early is fine too.
You will mail out to 2 different assigned riders (1 for each round robin) each week for up to 6 weeks and 2 different assigned riders will mail to you. I say up to 6 weeks but it could be shorter or longer due to mail times. Once you receive an envie try to mail it back out to your assigned person with in 72 hours to keep the train moving. I will assign the riders you will mail to for the duration of the ride once every one is signed up. I will also send a PM with all the addies.
Round Robin One--There will be 6 envies and each one will be a costume of your choosing-so this will be the envie you start and finish with for this round robin train. You will need to tell me which costume you want in the post you sign up in--first come first serve;)
Round Robin Two-- There again will be 6 envies and each one will be a Halloween theme at our party we dressed for in round robin 1!! I will pick these;)
Each rider will be pick their costume for round robin 1 and also will be assigned a halloween party theme for round robin 2. Those two things (costume/theme) will be written on the outside of your 2 original envies you mail out along with "Halloween Party".
So for initial mail out you will satrt 2 envies (one for each round robin train)
So it will look like this to start:
Envie 1 "Halloween Party" "Witch"
Envie 2 "Halloween Party "Pumpkin painting"
As you receive each envie you will put on the costume/party theme you receive on the envie with the train name and mail to one of your assigned riders. Here is where you will need to really pay attention. For this ride instead of mailing to just one rider you will have 2 assigned riders (one for each round robin)--you will have to look in the thread here to make sure you mail the correct envie to the correct assigned rider.
When you get your first envie, you take out what you can use, anything that will be out of the expiration guidelines by the time it arrives to the next rider, add in more coupons to get it back up to the set number and mail that envie to the rider you are assigned to mail to. We will repeat this for up to 6 weeks. By the end of the ride you will have gotten back your original custome and party theme envies that has been visited by all the riders on the train:)
Each envie must have a minimum of 25 coupons following the guidelines below. Each of those coupons must have an expiration date of at least 2 weeks from the mail date. So if the envie is for the first mail date of September 22nd no coupons part of the 25 coupon minimum will expire before October 6th. If you want to include extras with shorter dates that is fine as long as it is over the 25.
To Join:
You must be able to mail 2 envie for each of the up to 6 week duration. For a total of 12 envies!!
You must post when you mail and when you receive. This is very important and is a absolute must for this kind of train ride.
You need a wish list posted to ride. If your list is very short and specific, other train riders will have a harder time matching your list. If there's something you don't need multi's of, note it.
This train is potluck which means you may not get 25 coupons from your WL in each envie. Although please try to match wish lists.
No baby, no pet, no meds, no oddball products that very few members use like depends unless you have an exact wl match. If someone says they can use cat food frees, do not include regular cat food, unless it is an extra.
Limit of 1 of each coupon unless it is an exact match to a wish list. If you have and exact wish list match, then duplicates are encouraged!!! again, more than 1 of something is OK if its "extra"
print ables are great to send if the member can use them.
BTFE's Coke Codes, Pepsi Codes are all great to include if they are wish list items.
Rebates and tmf forms are GREAT to include. Watch state restrictions.

If for any reason, any of your envies are not received, you will be asked to re mail at the 2 week point. joining this train is your agreement to this rule.
If for any reason you mail out late, it happens, life gets in the way. But post in the thread when it went out so your receiving rider can watch for it.
