3 Trades in the mail, 2 to go...anyone wanna trade?

My name is Angela, I just started couponing and trading and would like to get rid of my training wheels asap. I don’t really have a "coupon base" except for the inserts from 9/13 and a ton of printables.

I need Q’s preferably from printables/inserts 9/6/09 and prior but not expiring in less than 2 weeks. I'm in Florida and my stores are Publix, Winn Dixie, Sweetbay, Albertsons, Walgreens, CVS, Dollar General Market and Wal-Mart

No:
Pets, Kid/Baby Items, Men's Products, Medicines, Makeup, Candles, Air Fresheners, Spray Cleansers, Carpet Products, Pickles or Yogurt. I rarely eat "convenience foods" like frozen dinners or pizzas, microwaveable entrees etc. so I wouldn’t want an envie full of these items (a few would be ok). unless they are FREE so that I can donate them to a local food bank or families in my area that are struggling.

Wants:
-Store Q's from my store list are always welcome. Will consider other offers, any restaurant coupons or other coupons (Office Depot, Staples, Retailers), just ask.

-Brand Essentials: Diet Coke, Marlboro Cigarettes (my two vices), and Aussie Shampoo/ Conditioner, Could also use a few Garnier (or others if FREE) Hair Color Q’s

-Everyday items like Toilet Paper, Bar Soap, Hand Soap, Zipper Storage Bags, Bleach, Laundry Detergent, Dishwashing Tabs, and other Paper Goods

-Food staples like Meat, Poultry, Pork, Sausages and Lunchmeats, Produce, Frozen Fruits and Veggies

-Dairy Products like Milk (no soy), Liquid Coffee Creamer, Sour Cream, Cottage Cheese, Ricotta Cheese, Shredded and Sliced Cheeses, Real Butter Sticks and Spreadable Butter, Cream Cheese, and Parkay Sticks for my moms fudge!

-Baking Essentials like Flour, Sugar, Frozen or Refrigerated Dough including Frozen Biscuits, Puff Pastry and Won-Ton Wrappers, Yeast, Nuts, Chocolate Chips and Other Flavors, Chocolate Baking Squares, Pie Crusts and Fillings, Quick Oats, Cocoa Powder, etc.

-Cooking Essentials like Canned Tomato Products, Canned Vegetables, Seasonings, Cooking Soups/Stocks/Broths and Bullion Cubes, Crackers, Cooking Oils etc.

-Snacks like Cereal, Pillsbury Toaster Strudel, Fritos, Cheetos, Tortilla Chips, Pop Tarts and Candy Bars

-I will take common “free after Q” on just about anything...If I cant use it, I will donate it to someone who can. You might have to point me to a match-up as I am still learning to shop!

Aside from the few name brands listed, I’m not brand picky. Just let me know if you want to do a trade and what you are seeking!
