WHO'S READY FOR SOME FOOTBALL?

My household lives for FOOTBALL (specifically VT HOKIES, NCSU Wolfpack or Pittsburgh Steelers). I don’t know what we would do without it. The day of our games, meal requests are put in for something fun, maybe a little different from our regular weekly meals. In addition to “game days", we always throw a FOOTBALL party each year. We love it. I start planning and stocking up on food weeks before the big event.

This train encompasses two of my favorite things from our fall FOOTBALL experience (aside from sitting in front of the TV yelling at the refs/couches...DH says the boys will have to be in college before they can watch a HOKIE FOOTBALL game with their Mom ).

First we’ll have weekly mailings. There will be 3 weeks of envies, 3 envies each week with 25 coupons in each envie (for a total of 225 QUALITY coupons). Included in each envie should be at least one (1) coupon for an item used for a FOOTBALL tailgate, party or just a fun meal. (ie: chips, dip, ingredient for chili etc.)

We will also have a “FOOTBALL PARTY” envie traveling from rider to rider starting and ending with me. Included in this envie will be 25 coupons as well as a recipe for your favorite party dish. If you are feeling really motivated, please feel free to post to the thread any great ideas, we are always looking to add something different to our party each year!!!

TO RIDE

You must be riding less than three trains. On HCW, you may only ride 3 trains at once. If you are riding 3 trains, we'll catch you next time.

You must be a member of the Trader group on HCW and have an iTrader rating of 5 or more with NO negative ratings and an updated wish listed.

You MUST post to this thread that you want a ticket AND send me a PM with ALL OF THE FOLLOWING:

* "Who’s Ready for Some FOOTBALL" in the message line
* Your full name
* Your mailing address
* a link to your WL
* if you can use printables/expirations
* your top three stores you shop at (this allows riders to match up store coupons if they have them)

GENERAL RULES

* You must have an updated wishlist (forum, coupon database or both) to ride. If there's something you don't need multiples of please note it on your WL.

* You MUST post when you mail your envie. If you do not post, it becomes difficult to keep track of envies going here, there and everywhere.

You must post when you receive an envie. If you do not post your envie(s) as received at the 2 week point I will consider them received. I will NOT guarantee I'll PM you to verify if you have/have not received your enive. The responsibility is yours. This is to ensure we do not hold up riders unnecessarily from ending their ride. Thanks!!

* If the envie has not been received at the two week point, you will be asked to remail an envie. Joining this train means you agree to this rule. Please remember, that when you sign up to join this train, not only are you agreeing to the specific guidelines of this train but the train rules as posted HERE in general. Failing to follow the rules of the trains or not sending an envelope falls under a bad trade. You can be reported for this and be listed as a bad trader.

* To make sure everyone has a chance to use the coupons before they expire, please make sure that ALL coupons expire later than two weeks from the mailing date.

Specifics for the Weekly Mailings: In each weekly envie there should be at least 25 coupons (following the envie rules below). In addition each envie should have at least one coupon for an item used for a FOOTBALL tailgate, party or just a fun meal. (ie: chips, dip, ingredient for chili etc.)

Specifics for the FOOTBALLPARTY envie: When you receive the FOOTBALL PARTY envie, take out what you can use and anything that will be out of the expiration guidelines by the time it arrives to the next rider, add coupons to get it back to at least 25 coupons (following the envie rules below) include your favorite party recipe and mail it to the rider you are assigned to within 72 hours of receiving the envie.

* If for any reason you mail out late, life happens, please post in the thread when it went out so your receiving rider can watch for it.

* Absolutely no baby, no meds, no booze and no oddball products that very few members will use unless you have an EXACT wishlist match. In other words, no junk! Any doubts, please ask!!

* Limit of one copy of each coupon unless it is an exact match to a wishlist. If the rider has Dole Fruit Cups $0.75/2 x 11/31/09, then Dole Fruit Cups $1.00/3 or Dole Fruit Cups $0.75/2 x 9/15/09 are NOT exact matches. If you have an exact wishlist match and the rider did not note that they didn't want multiples, then multiples are encouraged!

* You must be able to send out quality coupons, with at least 25 coupons in each envie you mail. If you want to send non-wishlist duplicates or some with a short expiration date, that is okay, but it has to be above the 25 coupon minimum. If you do send extras, please watch your postage!

* Printables, store-specific coupons, BTFE, Campbell’s Labels, Coke Codes, Pamper Points, etc., are great to send if the member can use them. Rebates and TMF forms are GREAT to include ONLY if they can be used in the state the receiver is in.

* This is a potluck train! I REALLY hope that riders will try to match the wishlists of their assigned recipients, but just do the best you can.

* You are encouraged to PM the member directly if you have questions about what he/she can or cannot use.

* Please leave feedback for your fellow riders.

* If you have questions about the progress of this train or whether a trader sent you an envie that does not meet the requirements for this train, you can always contact me.

* I will be accepting 9 riders plus myself.
