This will run for up to 12 weeks and I am taking 11 passengers with me for the fun filled ride!!

I will be accepting riders with a itrader feedback of at least 15 for this ride with NO negatives!!

Please make sure to read ALL info and requirements before joining.

You can only ride up to 3 trains at a time at HCW. If you are already on 3, you can catch the next one!

After reading this WHOLE thread, post below to ride and then PM me with your full name and addy!!

How it works:

This train will run for up to 12 weeks.

The first mail out day is September 14th. Mailing early is fine too.
You will mail out to 2 different assigned riders each week for up to 12 weeks and 2 different assigned riders will mail to you. I say up to 12 weeks but it could be shorter or longer due to mail times. Once you receive an envie try to mail it back out to your assigned person with in 72 hours to keep the train moving. I will assign the riders you will mail to for the duration of the ride once every one is signed up. I will also send a PM with all the addies.

Each rider will be assigned a different birthstone (you can request one if you like in your PM no promises but I will try!) and that gem will be written on the outside of the original envie you mail out along with "A Gem of a Ride". As you receive each envie you will put on the gem you receive on the envie with the train name and mail to one of your assigned riders. Here is where you will need to really pay attention. For this ride instead of mailing to just one rider you will have 2 assigned riders--you will have to look in the thread here to make sure you mail the correct envie to the correct assigned rider.

***The reason for 2 assigned riders is so you will not have to mail all 12 envies to the same rider. So please watch your envies!! I will have the complete mailing route for each envie so you just have to refer to this thread before you forward your envie. ****

When you get your first envie, you take out what you can use, anything that will be out of the expiration guidelines by the time it arrives to the next rider, add in more coupons to get it back up to the set number and mail that birthstone (gem) to the rider you are assigned to mail to. We will repeat this for up to 12 weeks. By the end of the ride you will have gotten back your original Birthstone (gem) envie that has been visited by all the riders on the train:)

Each envie must have a minimum of 30 coupons following the guidelines below. Each of those coupons must have an expiration date of at least 2 weeks from the mail date. So if the envie is for the first mail date of September 14th no coupons part of the 30 coupon minimum will expire before September 28th. If you want to include extras with shorter dates that is fine as long as it is over the 30.

To Join:
You must be able to mail 1 envie for each of the up to 12 week duration. For a total of 12 envies!!

You must post when you mail and when you receive. This is very important and is a absolute must for this kind of train ride.

You need a wish list posted to ride. If your list is very short and specific, other train riders will have a harder time matching your list. If there's something you don't need multi's of, note it.

This train is potluck which means you may not get 30 coupons from your WL in each envie. Although please try to match wish lists.

No baby, no pet, no meds, no oddball products that very few members use like depends unless you have an exact wl match. If someone says they can use cat food frees, do not include regular cat food, unless it is an extra.

Limit of 1 of each coupon unless it is an exact match to a wish list. If you have and exact wish list match, then duplicates are encouraged!!! again, more than 1 of something is OK if its "extra"

print ables are great to send if the member can use them.

BTFE's Coke Codes, Pepsi Codes are all great to include if they are wish list items.

Rebates and tmf forms are GREAT to include. Watch state restrictions.

If for any reason, any of your envies are not received, you will be asked to re mail at the 2 week point. joining this train is your agreement to this rule.

If for any reason you mail out late, it happens, life gets in the way. But post in the thread when it went out so your receiving rider can watch for it.

If you have any questions at all about this ride please ask me and I will be happy to make anything clearer!!

Every one will be mailing to either the person below you or above you depending on which Gem you are starting and forwarding!! So remember to check the train route for the envie first before you mail out!!

Oh boy, I am embarassed but my first two envies that are scheduled to go out 9/14, go to
cheynesnana and the second one to DebK1013 the second rider on my list? and are both marked pearl?

Nevermind. I think I figured out that only 1 envie will initially go out and then be rotated between my two specifed riders based on the gem type.

Hi guys!!

That is right, you only need to start one envie, your original gem and then as you receive envies just check to see who you need to pass that one along to. Basically 6 are going forward and 6 are going backward, just didn't want you guys to have to mail 12 envies to the same person KWIM?

So Turquoise envie is on its way to thecooperhouse--it left today!!
