PARTY TWIST

Whats a party without party favors

Since I am the host of the party, I will mail out a product sample or trial size product to each guest (rider)unless... If you would like to join the fun, you can RAOK up to 4 guests 1 product sample or trial size product*. I will not send to that guest. You MUST post here that you sent a RAOK but don't put who you mailed to. You must pm me the name of the guest you mailed to. Once all envies are received, all guests who mailed a RAOK will be put in a drawing for a special prize of a surprise box of goodies and coupons sent by me. You will earn 1 chance for each RAOK sent up to 4. *Will require additional postage, so think small. Please make sure there is enough postage.

Each guest will receive a party favor either as a RAOK or from me AND one lucky guest will receive a special prize box of goodies.

LETS PARTY

[COLOR="RoyalBlue"]After reading this WHOLE LONG THREAD and making sure you understand all the rules, post a reply below with this to let me know you want to claim a ticket.

Then you must ALSO send me a PM with the following:

* “Lets Party” in the title
* your full name
* your mailing address
* a link to your wishlist

This train has two different mailing days:

* Week one: Monday, August 31
* Week two: Tuesday, September 8 (no mail Monday)

*There will be 10 riders, including me on this party train.

*On each of the two mailing dates, you will mail out two envies to the two riders you are assigned. So, you will be mailing out a total of four assigned envies over the two weeks. You will also receive two envies each week from other riders.

*Once the train is full, I will send out a list via PM with every rider’s mailing info and wishlist links. Save this list for the second week mailing.

In order to take this ride (there are a lot of rules, but please read them):

*You must be a member of the Trader group on HCW and have an iTrader rating of 5 or above with NO negative ratings.

*You must be able to mail envies on the mailing dates given.

*You must be able to send out 100 quality FOOD or FOOD-related coupons with expiration dates no earlier than September 15 for Week One and September 22 for Week Two.

*You must be able to include a recipe with coupons to match at least two of the ingredients.

*You must be post here if you send a RAOK and pm me the name of the guest.

*You must have a posted, updated wishlist to ride. This is a POTLUCK train so you may not receive coupons from your wishlist but all riders agree to do their best to match. Limit of one copy of each coupon unless it is an exact wishlist match. An EXACT match is exactly that… if I say on my wishlist 75/1 Superpretzels, 50/2 is NOT an exact match. If you have and exact wishlist match, then duplicates are encouraged!

When you take a ticket, you are agreeing to:

*…mail the four envies as described above.

*…write your user name, “Lets Party” AND the Week on the outside of each envie you send.

*…post promptly in this thread when you send and when you receive envies.

*… remail your envie if it has not been received at the two week point. Joining this train means you agree to this rule. Please remember, that when you sign up to join a train, not only are you agreeing to the specific guidelines of that train but the train rules as posted HERE in general.

***Failing to follow the rules of the trains or not sending an envelope falls under a bad trade. You can be reported for this and be listed as a bad trader.

***Report a missing envie within two weeks of the date it was posted as mailed. After two weeks from the mailing date, any envies that are not reported as received in the train thread will be ASSUMED to have been received unless they are reported as missing. Again, signing up for this train means you agree to this rule.

Additional fine print:

*You can always send more than 25. If you want to include more than one of a certain coupon, or some with a short expiration date, that is OK, but it has to be above the 25 coupon minimum. And if you do send extras, watch your postage!

*Printables, store-specific coupons, BTFE, Campbell’s Labels, Coke Codes, Pepsi Codes, etc., are great to send if the member can use them.

*Rebates and TMF forms are GREAT to include (just be sure they can be used in the state the receiver is in!).

*If for any reason you mail out late (life happens), post in the thread when it went out so your receiving rider can watch for it.

*Please leave feedback for fellow riders who send to you!

*And finally, if you have questions about the progress of this train or whether a trader sent you an envie that does not meet the requirements for this train, you can always post your question in the train thread or contact me via PM.

:sad::sad: OK, Sorry folks. My mailing will be a day late. I went out of state to visit my mother...she got ill and I ended up staying an extra day, today, out of state to take her to the ER. I thought she would be admitted but wasn't. Anyway, I'm a day late...sorry.
