He survived the Miracle on the Hudson! Turns out Stanley was aboard Flight 1549, which ditched into the Hudson River minutes after taking off from LaGuardia Airport.

Hello Gina,It's taken me a long time to write … sorry I've been out of touch for so long.I've been really busy travelling. After several days in Paris, I went to New York! Here are a couple photos when I visited Times Square. It's full of lights and big billboards.Then I saw the Empire State Building. Amazing!After that, I was on a plane that landed in the river near New York. At the time I was in Eric's briefcase. Luckily he carried me off the plane! Here's a photo he took after we were safely on a rescue boat.What an adventure! I'm safe and dry now … and no need for you to worry.What have you been up to lately?I'm back in Paris and hoping it will get warm soon. Flat Stanley arrived this morning YAY! I have to admit I was a worried for the little guy... was hoping he wasn't kidnapped or something (LOL). He brought some AWESOME coupons with him which made him very valuable.

Well , Stanley is telling me that he is ready for his photo shoot and his next adventure so I'll post the pics in a few and send him on his way.

Ohhh what a beautiful day... Flat Stanley and I just had tea on the back deck... looking at the scenery. After tea, Stanley wanted to help me cut some coupons....








Who was I to refuse..... what a big help Stanley is. Do you know what he wanted to do next????




Yup... He wanted to do laundry. Be careful ladies... just warning you... he didn't finish what he started. He only had time to put it in the wash before going on his next adventure.


Before he left he wanted to make sure that I really knew what I was doing with my coupons so I showed him this and he was very happy.




Then like all good friends he began his travels again.....

What AWESOME pictures and what an AMAZING receipt!! I'm so jealous of your stockpile of ALL! I've only really started stockpiling over the last couple of months so I have a ways to go but it's exciting watching it grow!
