Here are the Rebate details....
For residents of 12 states, no alchohol purchase is required - you simply need to buy groceries. Those states are: AL, HI, KY, ME, MN, MO, NC, NJ, NY, PA, VA, and WV.

For residents of all other states (excluding IN, OR, TX, and UT), a beer purchase is required. You must purchase 2 4-packs or 6-packs or one 8-pack or 12-pack of Smirnoff Ice Flavored Malt Beverage, Parrot Bay Tropical Malt Beverage, Guiness Draught, Red Stripe Lager, Smithwicks Ale, and/or Harp Lager and receive $20 off groceries. A minimum purchase of $50 of groceries is required.
There is a limit of one rebate per household. The form does not say that is necessary to purchase the items on the same receipt or on the same day. This offer is not valid in all states except IN, OR, TX, and UT. The offer is valid July 1, 2009-September 8, 2009. All rebate requests must be received by 9/23/09.
