So we found a house we liked, couldn't get the sellers to come down enough in price to make it work for us and moved on. Went out looking last night saw 3 houses, one of which I think someone died in and one I wouldn't get out of the car because it was on such a steep hill, I'd be afraid my car would roll out of the driveway. So after feeling very depressed last night that we're going to find a house anytime soon, my realtor emailed me to let me know the sellers on the first house are trying to work out their #s to make it work. So fingers crossed maybe I'll be moving soon!

So you are the lucky beneficiaries because I just want to start cleaning house now. Going to make it happen with my mind!

Every person that posts in this thread (only once please!) between 12 noon EST and 1 pm EST and tells me I'm not crazy

will get a RAOK! Only current coupons!

You are NOT Crazy. When DH & I were shopping for houses we could not find anything we like but then ended up going back and buying one of the first houses we looked at. Go figure!

ETA: It's only 8:30 where I live so I don't have a clue if I'm within your time frame
