RAOK Mama wanna play RAOK!! WINNER ANNOUNCED AND PM'D

"Mama wanna play with me?" is a phrase I hear everyday from my energetic kids and I try my best to say yes to this as often as possible as I love playing with them as much as they love being played with.

So, for this RAOK tell me your favorite games or activities to do with your kids or nieces and nephews, etc. I will pick my favorite and post the winner on Saturday morning for an envie to be mailed out on Monday, July 6th.

One of our favorite games to play is Flashlight Tag. We do this with either flashlights of course or glow sticks if we are playing it more as a hide and seek game without someone trying to run to base. This is fun with just our kids but it is also a fun neighborhood game to move outside and play after catching lightning bugs for a while.

I usually read a book at night time but occasionally we will make it up....which consists of a lesson about strangers or swim safety or whatever is relavent at that time. We start the story and when I point to them they can add a couple of sentences in. The kids have lots of fun with this one. You can imagine how story goes when a 4yr old and a 2 yr old gets to put their input. LOL

My kids and I love to cook together. Yes, they're only 2 and 4, and not much help, but they learn so much as I explain why certain ingredients are used, explain temperatures, etc. I home school, so anytime we cook together it's like a science experiment. Right now we're making Rice Krispies Treats. You can see them gleaming with pride when they get to eat the finished product that "they cooked". Greatest feeling ever!

Right now my 2 y/o DS is into farm animals as my in-laws have a farm. He loves to line all the animals up and pretend they are playing together on the farm. Every night I have to choose an animal and he chooses an animal and we "play". Fun times!

My boys love to be tickled so we frequently have a tag type tickling game. We chase each other around the house and tickle each other. They love it, it gets me moving around (every little bit of exercise helps LOL), and I love to hear them laugh.

We play witch. Growing up, my (2) sisters and I would put stick pretzels in a bowl with some water and place the bowl on the radiators. The pretzels would get soggy and look like worms and the witch would feed these "worms" to the prisoners in the dungeon (closet). I started playing this game with my nieces, and it is amazing how my nieces, (both over 30) remember this and now play "witch" with their children when visiting Bubba's house.

My son like to "play" dishes, so I really try and do the dishes when I am in the mood for water everywhere. He gets up on a step stool and basically rinses all the dishes, sippys bottles, etc. It is kinda like his own water table because he will poor the bottle water into a sippy and then onto a plate. He really enjoys it. As they are rinsed, he hands them to me (I help if something still needs rinsing) and I put it into the dishwasher.

My 4 yr old wants to play hide & seek all the time. He gets a kick out of it. Funny thing is he hides in the same spot all the time and giggles loudly... He hasnt learned he has to be quiet and hide in different spots.

My sons favorite game would probably be wrestling together. My 3 year old was wrestling with my hubby the other day and he told my hubby" You want some of Debo?" It was so funny!! My sons name is not Debo, but that is just a name we have used when we play fight/wrestle/pillow fight etc. When I actually heard him say it omgosh hilarious!! He also says Whos the man? when he is fighting with you..he is to much
