Effective 6/29/09: Sellers who do not declare auction winners and contact their bidders will be left appropriate feedback by the auction or trade forum mods.

The rules state that sellers have 24 hours to declare their winner after the auction ends. Please take this into consideration when setting up an auction. By failing to follow through with an auction in a timely manner, our members are being inconvenienced & their bids/coupons are being tied up. Therefore, in fairness to all bidders, we feel this should be noted in a sellers feedback.

Please know that we do understand that occasionally something happens to prevent a seller from declaring a winner in a timely manner. Therefore, this new feedback policy is at the discretion of the forum mods.

TO CLARIFY - these coupons have a bar code starting with a 5. They say "REDEEM AT PUBLIX"
Now whether you can use them elsewhere is up to YOU. My stores here will NOT take them because they say redeem at Publix. Some people say that you can use them at other stores because they are considered manufacturer coupons. I would NOT bank on using them anywhere but a PUBLIX unless you do so at your OWN risk. I have another auction up for PUBLIX only coupons and there seems to be a lot of questions if you can use them elsewhere. The others do NOT have a bar code but these ones do. I will not be responsible for someone trying to use them elsewhere and them not working. Just wanted to clarify it.
