 THAT'S EXACTLY RIGHT...
4 ENVIES over 2 WEEKS with
20 potluck coupons + 5 exact match coupons
~ or ~
25 potluck coupons + 1 un-used stamp
I love riding trains.  I think that’s the absolute best part of HCW. Almost all the trains are POTLUCK . What's wonderful about potluck is you get cool coupons you didn’t even know you wanted. What can be frustrating about POTLUCK is you risk receiving a full envie with nothing you can use. I think we’ve all had envies like that. 
So…welcome to “THAT'S EXACTLY RIGHT…” What does that mean you may ask?  Well this train, like most others IS potluck...but the difference between this potluck train and other potluck trains is KEY! This train will be a 2 week train with 2 envies mailed each week with 25 coupons in each envie. Here’s the twist, 5 of them must be "EXACT MATCHES" to the wishlist. (see definition of exact match below) Yes, this may seem like a very overwhelming task. I completely agree. But how cool would it be to know you are opening an envie with at least 5 coupons you are almost guaranteed to use? 
But to be fair, it is very possible after looking over the wishlists you just don’t have anything that person is looking for.  No problem!! If you aren’t able to exactly match 5 coupons, just throw in one un-used stamp. Who wouldn’t be happy receiving a stamp? 
So how can you loose, you will either get an envie with at least 5 coupons you are bound to use or you get one unused stamp that you can use towards your next mailing. Seems like a WIN-WIN to me!! 
The first mailing for this train will be June 22nd. In addition, I'm adding an element from Kristy's previous trains. Since this is an "EXACT MATCH" train, I'm going to let everyone submit their top two choices for the second round of mailings. This might make it easier on some of us to find "exact matches." You will need to give me your two choices by Wednesday June 24th so I can get matches made and posted. 
 YOUR WISHLIST
There are some specific rules to this train with respect to your wishlist:
1) You must have an updated and detailed wishlist. If you only have “bacon” as an item on your wishlist then an “exact match” is anything with bacon on it. This is your opportunity to possibly get coupons you’ve been really looking for...so take a moment or two, think about what you really want and put it on that wishlist! 
2) If your wishlist is in the database (which is great) or if the information below is NOT on your wishlist then you need to include in your PM to me:
a) if you can/cannot use printables
b) if you can/cannot use expired
c) the 2-3 stores your frequent most often
So your 4 envies will either have at least 20 potluck coupons + 5 exact match coupons
~ or ~ 25 potluck coupons + 1 stamp.
After reading EVERYTHING BELOW and making sure you understand all the rules, post a reply to let me know you want to claim a ticket. Then ALSO send me a PM with the following:
* "That's Exactly Right"
* your full name
* your mailing address
* link to your wishlist
* if applicable, the additional information requested above.
(remember, you may only ride 3 trains at a time; if you are already on three…we’ll catch you next time!!)

*I'll be accepting people for this train until Friday June 19th at 12:00. I need to make sure everyone has a chance to get their coupons organized before the first mailing date, June 22nd.
*You must be a member of the Trader group on HCW and have an iTrader rating of 5 or more with NO negative ratings.
*You must have an updated wish list to ride. If there's something you don't need multiples of please note it on your WL.
*To make sure everyone has a chance to use the coupons before they expire, please make sure the coupons expires later than two weeks from the mailing date:
Coupons mailed on June 22nd can’t expire before July 6th.
Coupons mailed on June 29th can’t expire before July 13th.
* If for any reason you mail out late, life happens, please post in the thread when it went out so your receiving rider can watch for it.
*You must post when you receive an envie. If you do not post your envie(s) as received at the 2 week point (July 6th for week 1 and July 13th for week 2), I will consider them received. I will NOT guarantee I'll PM you to verify if you have/have not received your enive. The responsibility is yours. This is to ensure we do not hold up riders unnecessarily from ending their ride. Thanks!! 
* If the envie has not been received at the two week point, you will be asked to remail an envie. Joining this train means you agree to this rule. Please remember, that when you sign up to join this train, not only are you agreeing to the specific guidelines of this train but the train rules as posted HERE in general. Failing to follow the rules of the trains or not sending an envelope falls under a bad trade. You can be reported for this and be listed as a bad trader.
* Absolutely no baby, no meds, no booze and no oddball products that very few members will use unless it is an exact wishlist match. In other words, no junk! Any doubts, please ask.
*EXACT COUPON MATCH GUIDELINES: Limit of one copy of each coupon unless it is an exact match to the wishlist. If the rider has Dole Fruit Cups $0.75/2 x 8/31/09, then Dole Fruit Cups $1.00/3 or Dole Fruit Cups $0.75/2 x 7/15/09 are NOT an exact matches. If you have an exact wish list match and the rider did not note that they didn't want multiples,then multiples are encouraged!
*FOR THE 5 EXACT MATCH COUPONS...they must be 5 DIFFERENT coupons to qualify!
*You must be able to send out 100 quality coupons . That's 25 coupons inside 4 envies over two weeks. If you want to send non-wishlist duplicates or some with a short expiration date, that is okay, but it has to be above the 25 coupon minimum. If you do send extras, please watch your postage!
*Printables, store-specific coupons, BTFE, Campbell’s Labels, Coke Codes, Pamper Points, etc., are great to send if the member can use them. Rebates and TMF forms are GREAT to include (just be sure they can be used in the state the receiver is in!).
*Please leave feedback for fellow riders who send to you!
*This is a potluck train! I REALLY hope that riders will try to match the wish lists of their assigned recipients, but just do the best you can. As long as you adhere to the rules about expiration dates, include 25 non-junk coupons + 1 stamp or 20 non-junk coupons + 5 exact match coupons, you will be fine.
*You are encouraged to PM the member directly if you have questions about what he/she can or cannot use.
*If you have questions about the progress of this train or whether a trader sent you an envie that does not meet the requirements for this train, you can always contact me.

Could you add my non-database wishlist info, too? (I have very few things in the database) Or just leave this post available for my coupon fairys?
