I didn't end up using any of the ideas...oh well. BUT...I still had a great anniversary. So...DH picked #7, petsrule.

So my hubby and I have been married for 5 years today! I'm so excited. Even as crazy as he drives me...I love been married to him. Now I just need to come up with a simple (cheap) present for a very guy, guy (i know...VERY late notice). So...here's the RAOK request...

Please post an idea that won't take too long (okay...needs to be able to be completed by 5:00 this afternoon...what am I thinking :hectic1:) that I can give him.

Now...if I use your idea then I'll give a mostly insert RAOK envie filled to an oz but I will include 1 Build a Better Burger Wine Tag.

If I don't use anyone's idea...i'll still give a RAOK. It just won't include the wine tag. My DH will pick the winning post.

PLEASE help me out here!!!! I'm DESPERATE...

The traditional gift for 5 years is wood. That being said, you could get him a picture frame and write a note to him and frame it, you could write a love letter to him on a piece of wood that he could hang on the wall, or put somewhere that is his space. If you had a little more time, you could carve something for him out of wood.

The idea being that you make it personal would be the best.

Home made coupon book with coupons for one free hug, massage, dinner of your choice, etc. Pick things you know your hubby will like. Congratulations!

a guy, guy huh?? not sure what he is into, but i know my DH always likes to get new tools. HAPPY ANNIVERSARY!!

Happy Anniversary!

Since someone has already took my 1st idea of a coupon book. Lemme put my thinking cap on.

You could plant a tree together (goes along with the 5 yr wood theme) and watch it grow over the years as your love will grow.

Get a wooden basket and fill it with things he personally likes.

Give him a 5 minute massage and focus on one of five areas each time including the back, neck, feet, shoulders, and hands. You could do this 5 times today.

Then include a sappy card, find a quote with a romanic/fireworks quote, something like "Our love is as beautiful and explosive as fireworks on a clear night.

Include a late night picinic with the gift.
