a listerine whitenin pen new in box - missing upc expires 4-2010

a aquafresh pro gentel whitening system- has the whiteing trays and toothpaste - exp 10-2009. The main box has been open but inside is the regular whiteing trays box STILL SEALED and a senstivive toothpaste it suggests you use up to two weeks before whiteing. the toothpaste never had a seal on it and was never used. I just opened the main box

For the pen I am asking $6 shipped, for the aquafresh pro gentel system asking $15 shipped
