Want to buy flat-rate box or envie of coupons

Hi if you live in Washington and get the "good" coupons I would like to buy a flat-rate box or envelope of coupons. My hick town of TN doesn't get good coupons and got rid of the "better" newspaper so now I only get usually 1 insert in the small paper which is sad. If other states get the better inserts please pm me. I don't know which other ones do.

Just a thought.. I get my coupons/inserts from a recycle newspaper barn.. i simply go in and sort through the bags as neatly as possible and pull out any inserts... and i also drop off all of my sunday newspapers there.. you might try to call the chamber in the next big town and see if they have such a thing.. i think mine is run by the chamber and the boyscouts..

I was told a few months ago that dumpster diving is illegal in TN. I really need to buy a bulk shipment. lol or keep trading very heavily as I have been. I do enjoy trading but it is a lot of work.:smile77:

Who told you that? I'd think it would vary from county to county.

I'd keep doing it until someone in law enforcement drug me out of one of the dumpsters by my hair. Tell them you're *starving* & can't afford to buy food without the coupons.

Have you tried DeDe's? She was selling complete inserts at one time.

I am from TN and I do it.....we have a recycle bin for newspapers and I check them at least 2 times a week, the guys that work there are very nice to me told me they dont care as long as i dont make a mess and leave it....

Wow you are lucky. I called 2 counties close to me and they both told me the same thing. I wonder why they lied to me? They said it was illegal because you are going through someone's personal, private mail and some people steal identities that way. I need to move. Seriously the inserts are downright trash. I have traded almost 50 times just this month! ever since they have gotten so horrible.
