SECRET MISSION TEAM KRISTY

My team had two options to pick from!!

1. send a RAOK of coupons to Nicole (a mod here at HCW) who needed a pick me up.

2. Send a Thinking of You card to either or both momof4inmi or cheynesnana.

I am happy to say that my whole team sent a RAOK to Nicole (she sent a lovely thank you PM)
and several of us sent cheynesnana or momof4inmi and some even sent to BOTH!!

Kudos to my excellent team!!


SECRET MISSION Team Melli

My team's secret mission was to mail a "thinking of you" card to Kristy, while she was needing a little pick me up, herself! The funny thing is that she and I did not even know what the other's team was going to do!!!!

Happy Happy Eastover everyone! This is our Easter and Passover train all mushed into one - YAY!!!!!! And yes, there will be a twist, as usual, so please read carefully.

Anyone who is a member of the trader group and has 5 unique positive feedback or more may ride. You are allowed 3 train rides at a time, so if you are already on 3, we hope to catch you next time!

For this train, since Melli and Kristy are both conducting again, we will be split up into two teams like we sometimes like to do. Each person will mail to two assigned people on their team, and will also be assigned a secret task by your conductor. Everyone on the team will have the same task - but it will be a secret until the end of the train ride what everyone was assigned to do! After all of the envies have been received, we will welcome everyone to share what you did for your assigned task ;) Don't worry about the task being difficult - it will be something small like mailing a RAOK to someone, or doing something nice for someone during the day - nothing costly or terribly time consuming, and if anyone is just really unable to do the assigned task, we can give you a person to send an RAOK to instead. We do hope to have as many people participate in the secret tasks as possible, but we do understand that some people just don't have a lot of time to spare. By the way - Kristy and I don't even know what each other's teams are doing, so that is really exciting, and we can't wait to find out what the other one is thinking!!!

The Envies -

Each envie will have 30 q's or more in them that expire no sooner than 3 weeks from your mailing date. Remember to watch your postage when mailing extras so that they arrive on time! Remember to write "Happy Eastover Train" and your screen name somewhere on or in the envie.

We would really like to see some great envies sent out, including as much from the wishlists as possible and if people have a good sized wishlist that should be able to happen as we are giving you a little time to get them together.

No more than 2 of the same q unless you check with your match up to see if it is okay, or if their wishlist states that they are looking for multiples of that EXACT Q. So, the EXACT item and amount off to be specific.

No junk guys - most of us know what that is, but for any of our newer train riders who are signing up, that would be oddball items - very few members use items like Depends, and if you are including meds and animal q's please only do so if they were on your buddy's wish list. Thanks! We're serious, we really want to see everyone put some real thought into these envies - the train is about helping others, so let's help our matchups get the q's they need for their sales!!!

Mail day is Monday, April 6th ~ and we are requesting that no one mail early this time.

Everyone needs to post when they mail and when they receive and please post as well when you have completed your special task.

The guidelines here do not apply to the special tasks. Your conductor will let you know what the deadlines are and such, and if it is mail related, weather or not you can mail early or anything.

If your envies are not received by the two week point, you will be asked to send a remail. Signing up is your agreement to this and all of the other rules. Also, if you DO NOT receive your envies, you are expected to report that to the conductors at the two week point. If it goes unreported, we will consider it received, as to not hold up the other riders.

I think that is all - we will be holding sign ups until Tuesday, March 31st at 8PM Central time. To sign up, first post below and then just PM me your mailing info and a link to your wishlist(s). We will send out one big addy list once we have them all :)
