Easter Outsource Secret Pal exchange - Packages should be mailed and on their way!!

This a the Easter Outsource exchange.

Times are tough all around!! Yet everyone needs a Hoppy Easter . That's why I need to outsource and enlist YOU.

Sign up to be an Apprentice Bunny and agree to send a secret pal package valued at $10 (not including s&h) of Easter themed gifts, decorations, and goodies (any food must be NIP and sealed).

Of course, you will be rewarded with your very own Apprentice Bunny who will send a package to you!

Now let's get hopping and spread some Easter cheer!!


The theme for this exchange is Easter goodies and decorations.

Sign up date by March 22nd. Match up will be sent March 24th.













In order to participate in a Secret Pal Exchange you must qualify to the following:

1. A member of HCW for 30 days.
2. Have an itrader rating of 20 (that is 20 successful trades).
3. Your Positive Feedback percentage must be equal to or greater than 95%

Requirements for this exchange:

• You will mail a package that contains Easter themed gifts, decorations and goodies (and food must be sealed NIP).
• Your package will also contain 20 coupons.
• Your package must have a minimum value of $10. This does not include shipping costs, or the value of the coupons included.
• Don't mail a ton of multiples unless he/she ask for them. For example, don't send 10 coupons of Advil unless he/she states that they need multiples.
• Also, don't include short expire coupons (less than 2 weeks) in your count of 20. These would be a bonus. The coupons need to expire later to give your secret pal time to use them.
  Do not send printable or expired coupons unless your pal says he/she can use them.
• If your pal does not have children, don't send baby coupons, if he/she does not have pets don't send pet coupons and if he/she does not ask for diet coupons, don't send them diet coupons.... you get the point!!
• You may send MIRs, Rebate forms, and TRM. They are counted as part of the 20.
• Post on the thread that you have mailed your package
• Once you receive a package you post that you have received it on this thread. (This is so your secret pal knows you received it.... we don't want pkgs going missing and not know about it.)
• Your package must be mailed no later than the mail date, they can be mailed early.

Requirements for the sender:

• Mail the package by March 31
• Delivery conformation required with tracking number
• Send the forum moderators the delivery comfirmation number. to do so, fill out the form found HERE
• Post to the mail call thread on the date the package was mailed
• It is your responsibility to make sure your package gets to the receiver.
• PM the host ASAP if issues come up and you cannot mail on time.

If you cannot follow the sender requirements then do not sign up!!!














Requirement for receiver:

• Post to the mail call thread that you received the package
• Inform the host of any address changes asap
• Not all coupons/gifts will be from your wish list
• The wish list is a guide for your Secret Pal

NOTICE TO ALL

• DO NOT give negative reputation points to host or to your SP for lost packages after the exchange is over.
• The secret pal moderators reserve the right to deny a member from joining any exchange for any reason at their discretion.
• If you fail to follow the requirements you will receive the following:

1. 1. Be listed on the Bad Trader List
   2. Receive negative iTrader Feedback
   3. Be banned from Secret Pal Exchange
