Top of the Morning to Ya!

The Luck of the Irish Train will run for 3 weeks, starting next Tuesday, March 3rd. I will take as many riders who qualify as I can on this journey. Sign ups end on Saturday! Each week you will be given the names of 2 people to mail to. You will therefore receive 2 envelopes every week as well. So you will mail a total of 6 and get a total of 6 back. Pretty good huh?

You must have an Itrader rating of 10 with no negative feedback to ride this train. You do not need to have a wishlist but it certainly helps your fellow riders know what you would like to receive. You do not have to be Irish to ride this train but on the 17th we're all Irish anyway!


30 minimum coupons with no store specific, baby, pet or meds unless you have specific coupons from a wishlist or they say they shop that store.
No more than 2 of a coupon unless it is an exact match*** to a wishlist item.

***By exact match, I mean if I have $1/1 Maxwell House coffee, any 11 oz + on my wishlist, don't send me 4 $1/1 Maxwell House decaf.

Expiration dates should be minimum of 2 weeks out from when you mail.

Extras are great but make sure to put enough postage.

You may include inserts, non-inserts, hangtags, MIRs (be careful of state restrictions though), TMFs, Coke Rewards, Pampers Points, etc. Stickers, samples etc can be added but do not count as part of your 30. If you're not sure, ask!

You must post here when you mail and when you receive each week. Not doing so may cause me to remove you from the train. If you have an emergency come up where you can't mail on time, PM me right away. Otherwise envelopes are to be mailed Tuesday March 3, 10 and 17. Mailing early is ok but mailing late not so much.

Here's the LUCK part! 1-If you're not up to any shenanigans and you follow all my simple rules at the end of the train, I will put your names in my lucky shamrock hat and one person will get a fabulous RAOK envie.
2-If you're brave enough to try your hand at posting a proper limerick about HCW or saving $/couponing here in this thread, those fine souls will have their names entered into a second drawing from my lucky shamrock hat to win a second RAOK.

So you have two chances at a RAOK!

we are seriously snowed in- I am going to try to get my envelopes together and mail them but can't be sure they will be picked up by the mail person. i am also losing my internet access on and off, not sure if I will be able to post regularly. SO if you don't hear from me just know i am out building snowmen and such (eventually it may turn into The Shining if it lasts too long)
