It does not state redeemable only at Food Lion anywhere on the coupon. Its states manufacturer coupon and show a Oscar Mayer logo and a Food Lion logo the size of approx. the of an eraser on the end of a pencil in the top right corner.

I used mine at Walmart with no problems, scanned with no beeps.
