Now Boarding for a BIG ONE!! The "Colossal Choo Choo"!!

Everything about this train is going to be BIG!!
I will take riders for several days--I want tons of riders!!

Newbies with a itrader of at least 5 with plenty of QUALITY coupons to share are welcome! please read all requirements. I know the list is long, but its to help ensure you know what is expected so all passengers have a great ride!!

Please make sure to read ALL info and requirements before joining.

You can only ride up to 3 trains at a time at HCW. If you are already on 3, you can catch the next one!

After reading this WHOLE thread, post below to ride and then PM me with your full name and addy!!

How it works:

This train will run for 1 week only.

I will do a match up in this thread after all members have signed up.

You will be assigned 3 riders to mail to. 3 other riders will be assigned to mail to you.

Also there will be a RAOK section to this train!! You will need to pick 2 to 3 other riders from the passenger list to send RAOK's to. You are always welcome to send more but you need to send at least 2. You will not post who you are sending your RAOK's to on the thread (please do post when you mail it just not to who)--you will send me a PM with your choices and I will keep track of them. You will post in the thread when you receive any RAOK's and who they were from.

So all together you will be mailing out at least 5 envies!! You will definitely receive at least 3 assigned and possibly RAOKS!!



Each envie will have 25 coupons following the guidelines below.

Mail day will be October 2nd or October 3rd whichever day works better for you. Mailing early is OK once match ups are posted. I want to give plenty of time to get lots of riders!!

I will send out 1 rider list with every riders mailing info. You will use this list to get the address of the people you are mailing to. I will also post every riders wish list link in the first post so you can pick the riders that you can send the best RAOK's too!!


To Join:

You must be able to mail 3 assigned envies and at least 2 RAOK's with 25 quality coupons in each envie following the guidelines.

You must post when you mail and when you receive.

You need a wish list posted in the wish list forum to ride. If your list is very short and specific, other train riders will have a harder time matching your list. If there's something you don't need multi's of, note it.

This train is potluck which means you may not get 25 coupons from your WL in each envie.

Here are the rules/guidelines to envies:

25 coupons minimum in each of your 3 assigned envies/2 RAOK's. extras are fine. Please check your postage. Some coupons are heavier than others. All coupons must have at least 2 weeks until exp from mail date. This means for a mail out date on October 2nd/October 3rd no coupons should expire before October 16th/October 17th unless they are extra or you OKed it with the person you are sending to.

No baby, no pet, no meds, no oddball products that very few members use like depends unless you have an exact wl match. If someone says they can use cat food frees, do not include regular cat food, unless it is an extra.

Limit of 1 of each coupon unless it is an exact match to a wish list. If you have and exact wish list match, then duplicates are encouraged!!! again, more than 1 of something is OK if its "extra"

If you want to include more than 1 of a certain coupon, or some with a short exp date, that is Aok to do, but it has to be above the 25 coupon minimum.

print ables are great to send if the member can use them.

store specific coupons are only OK if they are on the WL.

BTFE's Coke Codes, Pepsi Codes are all great to include if they are wish list items.

Rebates and tmf forms are GREAT to include. Watch state restrictions.

Post when you mail, post when you receive, leave fb for members who mail to you.

If for any reason, any of your envies are not received, you will be asked to re mail at the 2 week point. joining this train is your agreement to this rule.

If for any reason you mail out late, it happens, life gets in the way. But post in the thread when it went out so your receiving rider can watch for it.

To make my life easy, if you want to ride, pm me your address with train name in your pm title. If your w/l is not in your siggy, please send the link in your PM. I will not look for it.

Thanks! for the compliment. My problem was having to stop putting so many q's in the envies. I lucked out and had coupons for mostly everything on their wishlists. Plus, so many fun extras I just got.
I had to tone it down a notch and stick to the requirements. With only a few extra this time.
