My husband has been smoke free for over 60 days now, so I have a coupon sitting here that I can proudly say we do not need I am offering a $5 off any 14 ct. or larger NicoDerm CQ patch, expires 12/31/2009. This is NOT the rebate that is listed in the coupon database, this is a manufacturer's coupon that was on his last box of patches. As a bonus, for your hard work of quitting, I am also including a $1 off any 8.6oz or larger bag of Hershey's Bliss chocolates.
