Time for another train 
newbies with plenty of QUALITY coupons to share are welcome! please read all requirements.
Its probably going to be a big one!

You can only ride up to 3 trains at a time at HCW. If you are aleady on 3, you can catch the next one!

How it works:
This train will run for 1 week only.
I will do a matchup in this thread after all members have signed up.
you will be assigned 6 riders to mail to. 6 other riders will be assigned to mail to you. ... Yes this is a LOT of coupons, but riders tend to slooooooow down in week 2, so to make it easier on me bigger 1 and only week LOL. Hopefully I'll still get at least 20 riders!!
each envie will have 25 coupons following the guidelines below. meaning you will send and receive 150 coupons in one week!!!
Mail day will be either Thursday 6/19 or Friday 6/20, whichever works best for you. Mailing early is OK once matchups are posted.
I will send out 1 rider list with every riders mailing info. You will use this list to get the address of the people you are mailing to using the names you are assigned on the matchup post.
To Join:
You must be able to mail 6 envies with 25 quality coupons following guidelines.
You must post when you mail and when you receive.
I run HUGE trains so many people and newbies can get on board, but its a lot of work and I need everyone to do their part, send, post and ENJOY
You must have a wishlist with at least 25 coupons on it to ride. this makes it easier for members sending to you to get a feel for what you need.
If theres something you dont need multi's of, note it.
This train is potluck which means you may not get 25 coupons from your WL in each envie.
Here are the rules/guidelines to envies:
25 coupons minimum in each of your 6 envies. extra's are fine. All coupons must have at least 2 weeks until exp from mail date. This means with mail dates of 6/19 and 6/20 none of your 25 coupon minimum must expire before 7/3 or 7/4 depending on which day you mail. If you have 6/30 exp's that you cant use feel free to share them, but do not count them towards your 25 min.
No baby, no pet, no meds, no oddball products that very few members use like depends unless you have an exact wl match. If someone says they can use cat food frees, do not include regular cat food, unless it is an extra.
Limit of 1 of each coupon unless it is an exact match to a wishlist. If you have and exact wishlist match, then duplicates are encouraged!!!
an exact match is .75/1 sweet baby rays. send multi's.
the following is NOT exact match. member has "bbq sauce" on the list, and you send 5 of 1 q, or you have $1/1 q's... members put values they need based on where they shop. If you are not sure, send a pm.
If you want to include more than 1 of a certain coupon, or some with a short exp date, that is Aok to do, but it has to be above the 25 coupon minimum.
printables are great to send if the member can use them.
store specific coupons are only ok if they are on the WL.
BTFE's Coke Codes, Pepsi Codes are all great to include if they are wishlist items.
Rebates and tmf forms are GREAT to include.
Post when you mail, post when you receive, leave fb for members who mail to you.
If for any reason, any of your envies are not received, you will be asked to remail at the 2 week point. joining this train is your agreement to this rule.
If for any reason you mail out late, it happens, life gets in the way. But post in the thread when it went out so your receiving rider can watch for it.
To make my life easy, if you want to ride, pm me your address with train addy in your pm title.
Finally if you made it through this whole list and want to ride, please include this smiley in your reply so I know you read it all.

receiving envies: before PM'ing me to complain about an envie having multiples, or short dated q's, or nothing from your WL etc. Please re-read the rules. Count the coupons sent. If there is more than 25, count the ones within the rules, if theres 25, the rest are extra's. If not a single q in the envie is from your WL, but they are within guidelines, so be it. This train is potluck. The hope is that we will all make up the best envelopes possible for each other, but some may not have q's from your WL. All that said, if your envie is NOT withing guidielines, please let me know so I can take care of it!
