Question: about tru/bru coupons

I vaguely remember a year or so ago reading somewhere that if you have a tru/bru store coupon for x/1, it will take off the coupon amount for each item you have, say you have 3 items and 1 tru/bru coupon for 2/1, it would take off 2$x3=6$ total. Kind of like WAGS, is this correct, and do they still do this? I have never tried it, but thought I read about it with a diaper deal a year or two ago.

I work in HR @ TRU in Mississippi, and ours does not do this. We do, however, accept 1 manu. Q and 1 TRU Q per item.
