Birthday club?

I know my kids bday is two months away, but being the frugal mom, I gotta plan in advance. What does TRU send for the birthday club? About how far in advance?

I've had my kids signed up for the past 3 or so years, and each year about 2 week before their birthday, they get a $3 off "gift card" valid on a $3 or more purchase. It comes in a birthday card. I threw the card my oldest got away, but I believe it said if you go to TRU on their bday, they get a balloon and Happy Birthday announced over the loudspeaker.

I signed them up shortly after my youngest's birthday b/c I didn't know about the club, so IDK if you signed up now, if you would get the $3 GC.

My dd's birthday is in 6 weeks and I just got a $5 off $25 q good till June. I plan on using it with the bogo on little tikes this week.
