    QUESTION TRU/BRU Rewards Question

I bought a rocker during the 10% back rewards for Christmas. I just got my rewards back and in stead of giving me one rewards they broke it up into 3 different coupons. Can I use more than one rewards coupon on one purchase?

Also, they sent me a 20% of nursery furniture coupon - can I use that along with a rewards $ off coupon?

    Thank you!!

Yes yes and yes. You can use as many as you want, but they won't give you change or overage.

I was just coming to post the same question! I was confused and wondering why they broke up my rewards into several coupons. I have three $5.00 coupons and two $6.00 coupons. I am planning on going tomorrow to get something for DD's birthday.

I actually like that they break into smaller coupons, that way you don't HAVE to spend it all at once :)

I don't mind they broke them up into smaller amounts - but mine were all from one purchase - and I'm annoyed because two of them have certain dates and the third have a different start date. I need a crib mattress and I can't use them all together!

I emailed them and asked why they had different start/end dates on the rewards and got an email back saying they weren't sure and that they would forward the question to someone and let me know. Hadn't heard back so I called. I told them the different end dates don't work for me because I live 1 1/2 hrs from TRU. He couldn't do anything. I didn't give up so he is forwarding my info on to guest relations.

So we will see what happens....

I just think its dumb- I made one large purchase for the rewards - why would they split it up with out warning us?

In my opinion, this is exactly why they did it. So that customers can't redeem them for large items
