Didn't get the TB $10 giftcard

So sent hubby in to get this stuff.

1 Mono Jr.
1 Clue
1 Operation
1 TB Movie

Coupons given

3 $4 coupons for the games (they denied 1)
1 $10 TB manu coupon.
1 pre-order movie card. (Which takes $10 you already paid, and supposed to give $10 giftcard.)

He left after they took 25 min. to void everything and rescan since they took the all $4 coupons originally. Then had to void everything to take off one stinkin coupon.

I was mad said lets go......so we left (I was waiting in the car with the kids).

It just dawned on us that they wouldn't let us have the coupon we forgot the $10 giftcard that you are supposed to get for preordering.

Now I want to take back the $17 Clue (since they wouldn't let me use the coupon on the Mono jr. freebie). How much are they going to give me back? (used $4 coupon but, it also counts toward the b2g1. I already opened the other 2).


Should I return the TB movie? I was going to use it for Christmas...but, the kids already saw it (the package, not opened the movie...yet).

The gift card thing happened to me too. I took it to customer service who said it should've prompted the cashier. Cashier said it didn't. Another cashier came over just before her break and overheard them. She explained that both barcodes on the back of the card have to be scanned. If the cashier only scanned the "balance due" barcode on the card like mine did originally, it won't give you the gift card. You have to scan the gift card one, then the balance due one for it to give you the gift card.

No idea about returning part of the b2g1 promo. I had been thinking about how they'd do it out of curiousity but haven't ever tried.
